Course Curriculum Overview

The course was descriptive and get changes as per new books and requirements. New topics come in every semester and we get to learn a lot. The course is well divided that we learn all new topics every semester. The last year is tough as the subjects are advanced.

Placement Experience

Not many options and opportunities for placements in our department. The placements offered are average but I feel that it depends on each student on how they perform. We have some companies which are on the panel who come every year and some from the outside depending on the requirement

Fee Structure And Facilities

We have an average fee structure that is easily affordable. Different courses have different fees depends on the department to department. In this fees they include everything that we need in our journey of graduation, no extra charges are taken

Campus Life

We have events in our college that allow everyone to perform apart from their academic field. We have different competitions and we have different societies according to the interest of each student. Events are organized by the students themselves.

Admission

English has always been my favorite and was sure to do this course since my school days. We have to apply through the application. No entrance exam was taken by the university only my marks of 12th class were considered. My documents and signatures were taken with a token of fees.

The faculty has great communication skills and command over the language. They make each lecture very interesting which keeps each child interested in the topic. They help with any questions that you may have regarding work

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Heritage Law College is Lovely!!

Placement Experience:

Number of students who have been placed is far less than what it should be ideally. Kolkata is a paradise for law practice as it is the largest city of India and lawyers have always been in demand here. Still only 30% of the students are placed here and that's a big issue considering the name of our college.

Various companies come to this college for on campus placement Average package= 1000000 Highest package=2200000 Various multi national company and other big and small companies visit this college for on campus placement. Most of the students also get placement opportunities whether large or small package The opportunity is given to all degree whether it be bcom or bcom hons . Any student who does not get placed can easily use the degree to get a high paying off campus placements and to go to any good college or stay in this college for their post graduation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is backdated and should be improvised as it doesn't give any exposure of present industry knowledge. The frequency of exams is that exams are held after 6 months on semester basis and are easy to pass and majority of the students pass this semester easily.

Decent government college which needs to improve.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is obviously outdated and the knowledge we get through it, is bookish and does not apply to present industry methods. This way we are given no exposure to the real life industry knowledge. The exams are held on semester basis after every 6 months and are easy and manageable.
