Internship experience

One of my family member has done graduation from Lovely Professional University, Infrastructure is top class, LPU provides world class opportunities to students like student exchange programs are there. They take care of each student, they have allotted a personal mentor for each student so that he/she can discuss his personal as well as study related or any kind of issues with his/her mentor. Security is there for students, more than 5000 cameras are there in campus, and approx. 1000 security guards are there. You can enjoy any type of food except non veg. inside the campus as there are more than 1000 food stalls, canteens are there in LPU. You can enjoy Concerts, DJ nights there. Its like a second home to me.

Faculty members are not from IITs or NITs but they have good knowledge and have good clarity of concepts. LPU frequently asks for the feedbacks of classes and teachers, provides you the full rights to express your problem related to academics if you have any. LPU has more than 5000 faculty members. There are 3 CAs every semester including 1 MTT in between they prepare the students completely for the End term examinations.

There is a huge number of companies who visit for the internships or jobs like , Amazon, Capgemini, Yahoo, Cognizant, Accenture, Microsoft and many more with stipend approx. 50,000/month. They offer internships but mostly they offer those interns jobs also.

They start polishing students from the very first year of degree. They give extra classes, coaching and do everything possible for preparing them for the placements. highest package till now is 42 lakh/annum in Microsoft. Many high reputed companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Capgemini and many more visit the campus. My plan is to pursue P.Hd after my M. Tech.

Studying in LPU is little expensive but they provide you top class facilities. Scholarships are provided to the students on the basis of sports, marks, entrance test score and many more even there are many students who are studying there with 100% scholarship and free hostel facilities.

Campus life is too good, There are 150+ student organization which organizes many events, cultural, technical workshops, LPU's Library is very big and there are many books, not sure but there are more than 50000 books (it's an idea). For sports there is a huge ground, skating court, huge swimming pool, Separate Football ground, badminton court and many more.

Rooms are very good, Separate sweepers are there for every floor of every hostel. Students can select room on the following basis: single room - with AC/ with cooler 2seater room - With AC/with cooler 3seater room- with AC/ with cooler/with Fan 4seater room - with AC/with cooler/ with Fan 6 seater room- with cooler

Yes there is and Entrance test for admission other than JEE, Gate etc... LPUNEST is for the scholarship,, your scholarship depends on your score in LPUNEST
