Course Curriculum Overview
The course got into more details as compared to B.A in English with more focus on the writing pattern and skills of well-known writers, authors and novelists Internationally and Indian. We were required to submit many pieces of writing work.
Placement Experience
Many of the students got their first job on campus wherein some columnists, digital marketing agencies came to recruit us. The average salary offered was about 20,000-25,000 per month which is not bad.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For Masters in English, I had to pay 55,000 per year which comes to around 25,000 per semester which I feel is well justified as there is a lot of research work included and also there are a lot of expensive books from which we had to study.
Campus Life
The management of the college actively encourages its students to participate in competitions held time to time. There are separate departmental activities taking place. The infrastructure of the college is so good with well spaced classrooms and a library with more than a lac of books available for the students.
Admission
The application form was filled duly attaching the documents. The entrance is conducted for admission in masters however the admission in the undergraduate courses is on the basis of merit. I cleared the entrance and got into the college.
Faculty
The faculty had deep understanding of English Literature and some of them had their books published, many of them had their own columns in the regional newspaper and they guided us with utmost sensibility and interest.
