Remarks

It was an amazing experience studying in the college of islampur. I got several opportunities to learn, inspire, innovate and work. I thank all the teachers for their support and guidance. All the batchmates and seniors were very cooperative

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of my college was well organized and structured. All the students were provided with good study materials to prepare for exams and perform well in the college examinations which were held annually

Placement Experience

The placements in my college were quite average. The students were given opportunities for internships and placements in the last semester of their degree. The students were selected on the basis of interview conducted by the companies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of my college was very good. All the students were given scholarship opportunities as well. Relaxation and concessions were also provided to students of reserved category in fee payments

Campus Life

The college had several extracurricular committees like NSS, sports, dancing, debating, singing, etc., and the college used to organize several inter college competitions and events as well for the students

Admission

After completing my schooling, I decided to pursue b.com and hence applied in islampur college and fortunately got shortlisted for admission in the college on the basis of merit. The college had great teaching faculty

Placement Experience:

Generally from semester 6 the students are eligible for placements but what I heard is that if you just do bba and sit idle thinking that you'll get placement from college. You are fool then. You have to look for it ,you cannot sit completely thinking that college will help. You have to do it yourself also Around 30/35% students get placement. My plans after completing bba is that I'll start my startup. No plan B

Placement Experience:

The college average placement are 6 lakh per annum and in my branch out of 64 student only 30 God placement but the mistake is of the students because many companies are visiting our colleges but they couldn't find the talent required for the skilled person they required

From 6th semester students become eligible to for campus placements(internships as well as full time offer). 105 companies visited in 2025 and many package offered by them based on student's skill. highest palcement : 45 LPA offered by amazon. Percentage of students getting placemnets : 86%. After getting the degree my plan is to take a decent job and to be finanancially stable.

My honest review for iLEAD college as a student

Placement Experience:

Here, I've not been offered any placement still now because this is not the right time for me, but I have sent the placement drive are happening in our college and many students are going there and joining them. I have many seniors I know, they got placed. In my course, there is a mass option of freelancing is opened in front of all of us. We usually start doing freelancing after a year of studying. Here mentors also help to get clients. Then Ilead also offers interships. There students can learn and earn as well.

Admission:

For admission to this course, the student merit list is prepared considering every student's performance in 10+2 examination. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The student must also pass HSC or obtain equivalent score in any subjects and basis of this, they'll be called for interview.
