They are fabulous, they help everyone. They provide a good ambience for us.

Course Curriculum Overview

They have fair exam structure. They have many facilities to provide a fair course to all students. If I need any help I talked with teacher personally and they helped a lot. They give many knowledge about what should I do to get fit into industry. They. Briefly explain all things to everyone.

Class Size: 1000Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

They provide lots of placement. They trained us to fit to get the jobs. Many big companies came here for recruitment. I have also got a chance for internship. I have worked in a company as junior web developer for 2 years. Companies are TCS, WIPRO and many other.

College Events

They decorate a big hall for festival programs. Student participate to showcase their talent like singing dancing. Celebrity are invited for student. They celebrate all kind of festival. They give chance to perform newcomers. They make arrangements for 100, 000 people.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is little bit higher but its worth it. They provide transperency of fee breakup B. tech is about 10 lac. They accept cheques. There is a charge to secure admission procedure. They is various types of course. They offered low fees too in some course Iike BCA.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't take any educational loans. I also don't apply for any scholarship. I'm not eligible for that.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is 1:1 and there is some minor debate. There is no politics or parties. They have high profile extracurriculam activities, sports room have lots of games. There is a big lab. Quality of each things is worth the fees. There is no place to give 1 star.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are very helpful. They help us in study, project etc. They also help us to open up in the events.

Admission

I heard a lot about this institution. They provide good placement facilities to the students. They have a good remark for providing good lectures and teachers are so helpful. I got admission by merit list in the year of 2015. I have good marks in the joint so they take me.

Faculty

They provide 5 to 6 lecture per day. There lecture and notes are too important for us. They make everyone professional. They provide good clarity about the subject. If someone don't understand they used to teach them separately. Faculties are so good and there qualification is very much higher and helpful.

The everyday journey

Likes

I liked the campus . Their people and faculties are too great , they are also helpfull
The other thing i liked here is the play ground where students play with full of their energy and many game events are organised ocationally
The other thing i liked is the library where everyone use to study silently with poking others

Dislikes

Bad benches , like benches are too small to be fitted in our class I
In our department ac doesn’t work properly

Nothing specific just the campus attracted me Curriculum is preparing me for the real world approach and its doing good enough the academic pursuits is good Teachers should teach in a good way so that every student should understand Frequently the timing of exam is 3 hrs but sometimes it takes 1 hrs

I like my class infustructure and lifts for men and woman
I like our faculties who are worried about our future

I dislike my colleges management system process

I dislike some members whose behavior is rude

I rate my college course curriculum is so good see them i will take admission in this college and the faculties teaching methods are good exam time will fix by exam board and they always think about students comfort.

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is good.I would consider the college as very clean.
The campus life is pretty good but there are strict instructions to freshers to not roam in the campus.

Dislikes

I disliked the condition of the bathroom and the corridor on the first day.
My hostel room was very filthy.The workers charges ₹100 for cleaning it

Placement Experience:

From 4th year students become eligible for placements.Google, Microsoft,Gold Man Sacks, Apple were some of the companies that visited NIT Durgapur For placement regard.The highest package was 80lpa and the average package was 13 lpa.Total of 83% students got placed.The placement is quite good.

Its our lovely college TIU

Likes

The faculty are well taught and the campus is very beautiful . The buildings are like newly bulid . and the campus is very clean.
In our branch the boys and girls ratio is almost 16:11.
The senior behave like a friend and they help us a lot and they also very supportive.

Dislikes

The college campus is too small compare to other colleges.
The college classes are not regularly held and the attendance system is not very good.
The classes are very boing and sometime it feels like aa school and the labs are not held timely.

Placement Experience:

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

Likes

One of the best things about my college is all the classrooms and labs are fully air conditioned. The classrooms, labs and even the toilets are cleaned regularly, which really helps to create a comfortable learning environment.
All the clubs of the college remain active all the time no matter whether it's technical clubs or fest related clubs like fun events domain, etc.
The most important thing is that the college is entirely ragging -free. College also maintains a healthy girls to boys ratio.

Dislikes

The classrooms are quite compact compared to the number of students in each class . At times it feels overcrowded and a bit uncomfortable during lectures.
Some of the faculty members are relatively inexperienced. It often feels like they don't have full command over the subject they're teaching, which can affect the overall understanding of important concepts.
Another issue I've noticed is the irregularity in certain subject classes. Not all subjects are taught consistently every semester , and there are high chances of some classes getting missed or not scheduled properly.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible to sit for placements form 7 th semester that is from the beginning of final year. Usually the service based companies come here with cgpa criteria and offer jobs to students.

Likes

Labs are not well maintained the machines are very slow

In case of my couse everything is coverd but it would have been much better of they focus on practicals more rather than theory. If they make us aware of all the new technologies that are used in the industry.

My experience about techno

Likes

Ragging free campus. Strict action are taken against those who found guilty.
Classrooms are well equipped and are spacious.
There are many fun events that happen in the college

Dislikes

The campus area is too small. The library is not good
The societies are fully controlled by students so huge partiality goes on.
Some of the teachers are mean and are not good.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

Likes

Experienced Faculty-students often appreciate a good blend of practical and theoretical knowledge.Faculty members in some department are often known for thier excelence knowledge and experience
Excelent Campus-techno india university has a large campus with excelent facilities such as libraries,labs,seminar halls etc. Some students finds this facilitries useful
Funs and Events-techno india university provides a vibrant campus life with events that span a wide range of interests

Dislikes

Time Management-the one thing that I disliked was their time management.They dont provide a proper shedule for exams,routines etc
Teaching Methods-some students feels that cirtain teaching methods(like a focus on lecture without without interactive learning or industry exposure) must be improved
Placement-techno india university does prepares thier students for placement they only give them the opportunity

Placement Experience:

Elegibility for placement-Generally students become elligible for campus placement in their 7th semester or 8th semester and there might be some prerequisties such as minimum CGPA must be 6-7 with no bachlogs Internship and pre-placement offers-many companies offer internships during the 6th semester or 7th semester and successful interns may receive pre-placement offers if their performance is good. Companies that visits campus: TCS Accenture Cognizent Infosys Wipro Capgemini Deloite Byjus Tech Mahindra Placement Percentage-On average 80%-90% of students may secure jobs through campus placements.However this numbers could vary across different departments and specialization Highest and average package-The highest salary offered at Techno India University was 24 LPA and the average salary was 4-5 LPA. Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Study pressure is not that much it will be sufficient to stu61 months before final exam
No strict college there is not compulsory to wear college uniform
Faculty are good they are supportive helpful

The college campus is very big and beautiful.
The cultural fests and annual fest is also great.
The ganga ghat is really close from the college.

Dislikes

The faculty is bullshit .some profs are ok,but some are horrible.
The college hostels accommodation is really bad
The ratio of girls to boys is very poor.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is okay and companies like google, Microsoft, Capgemini ,Tata,Mahindra also comes during placement.The off campus placement record is also fantastic.The were scenarios in the past years where few students got packages like 50-70 lpa.

obviously other governments colleges ike JU , JGEC and CU are better than it but our college placement is better than otehr privet colleges and the environment of our college is best for study.
