I wanted B.Com hons), but wasn't getting it in any of the DU colleges as being a general candidate, it's tough to get our favourite courses easily. Best thing about our course is the knowledge we get, financial and economical aspects which makes us efficient to understand our indian economy and it's challenges. Campus crowd was good, fest was average. Connectivity is the major pro of this college having connectivity through metro as well as bus stop, both of them were just 0.5km distance from college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teachers are really helpful and well qualified. But you will not get any practical knowledge here, and they don't even provide you with any industry exposure. They will help you whenever they can. Students don't face any ragging or security issues here.
Placement Experience
The placement cell of our college is average. Companies like TCS and Amazon recruit the students for BPO profile. Overall, it is good. According to our seniors, the process of recruitment was easy. Some basic questions were asked during the interview. Only students from some selected departments like B.com, computer science, etc, could apply for placements. It depends on the head of the placement cell as she chooses the departments.
College Events
Fests are the best. Firstly, fests are conducted at the department level, and then, at the college level. The same method is followed for the fresher's party. We enjoy during elections. Celebrities are invited by the college. The crowd is also very good.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of our college is good. Amenities like classrooms, labs, library and sports are also good here, but the Wi-Fi facility provided is not good. The quality of the food offered is good and is available at a reasonable price. The main asset of this college is the entrance which looks too good during February and March. It looks like a little a Mughal garden at that time.
