Remarks

I have chosen this course because I like computers. We don't have to mug up things like arts students, and it's all about logic. They should provide us with more better campus area. Events are mostly conducted. Fests are also held. The campus crowd is average. Many students get scholarships, and extracurricular activities are also held.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Some of the faculty members here are really helpful, and some are not from the computer science department. Some of the teachers are highly qualified but even if they are qualified they lack in English language in which most of the outside students face a severe problem, but some faculty are really knowledgeable. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it makes the student sharp and ready in the field of computer science.

Placement Experience

4.5

When you are from the CSE department, it's not a big thing about placements. Every year around 80% of the students get placed in good companies ranging from TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and L&T to Amazon. The average salary offered to them ranges from 5LPA to 25LPA. Just study your best. Gain knowledge and grades. Involve in activities that help your technical career and do your best.

College Events

5

Wi-Fi provided on the campus is very minimum, but labs are well maintained, and the internet is fast as well. Classrooms are also average. The library is one of the places where you want to hang around if you want peace and silence. I don't think we have a hostel and there are hardly any games except for the sports day in which you will not be getting any certificate or medals because I have not got one.

Campus Life

3.5

The college infrastructure is pretty good. There are good laboratories, maintained well. There are cons too, but seeing, overall, it's fine. You will get a Library with seriously a good variety of books to study for your technical degree, but you'll have to search for the useful ones yourself. The faculty members only prefer or recommend basic books, which are sufficient but not fully equipped with what you want. The hostels are the worst. Please don't prefer hostels.

Placement Experience:

Placements this year are very good and lots of students are placed on campus with very high to pretty decent salaries. The average salary is around 16 Lpa which reflects the excellent performance of students availing for placements. But in case if someone is not placed they can apply off campus and get a job with the help of a strong alumni network.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester or fourth year students are considered eleigible for campus placements. The placement is nothing exceptional to be honest. Especially for core branches. But if you are in circuital branches you can sit for both core as well as IT companies. Some of the regular companies visiting are, TCS, INFOSYS, ITC Infotech, Cognizant, IBM, Smartkid Education, Nineleaps technology etc. The average package for EE students would be approx around 3-4 lakhs at most. Many from core branches go for GATE, or government exams in engineering. My own plan is to go for a masters after this course or try for Central Government EE jobs

Course Curriculum Overview:

The list of course to be taught in the year is circulated and all the full time faculty say what they would like to teach for the year. The chair of discipline than tries to make as many people happy as possible. Than settles all the problems that rise: no one to teach some things, too many people want the same things, balance of workload is too unequitable.
