Admission process was lengthy but not complicated, I appeared in CUET examination with subjects accountancy, business studies, economics, english. Application form can be found on samarth website, 1400 application fee, date keep shifting but we get enough time to fill and correct the form. I had OBC reservation and I got a little relaxation in marks. Exam was moderate and timings were okay. This process is lengthy and really checks our patience, I would suggest if delays can be avoided and website crashing can e corrected then it's all good....Read More

I choose Laxmi Bai College as this is near to North campus and only girls college. It's off-campus so there is a less and good crowd. I studied B.COM(H) therefrom 2015-2018. There are many societies in college in which you can participate. Societies kept on taking new initiatives for the betterment of the college. When I took admission there was not a good infrastructure as compared to other colleges but when I see now everything has changed. The open gym has been opened by the college for students and teachers. Teachers are good and cooperative. You can learn a lot if you took the initiative. Fees are also reasonable or less as compared to other colleges. I used to submit around 8000-9000 per year for B.COM(H). Easy transportation for students who used to travel through the metro but there is a problem for students who travel through the bus as buses are very lesson that route. To be honest, I wasn't left with much of a choice while choosing a college because of the rank I got. But, amongst the choice I had, I chose Lakshmibai College as it is a reputed college to have a great faculty for this course, which is one of the major points to look for when enrolling for a course. Bonus point was that it was near to my place , so I saved myself some time travelling which majority students doesn't consider and regret it later. Many people ask a question is that why opt for BBE and not Economics hons.? To that I would answer that even though most of the syllabus for both courses is the same, while Eco hons. provides in-depth knowledge in subjects like Economics and Mathematics, Business Economics hons. provides knowledge in diverse subjects, not only do we do Economics and Mathematics, we also expand our profiles in finance, marketing, statistics, commerce, etc. Hence, as I wasn't absolutely sure about strictly going for economics and mathematics and wanted to have a diversified portfolio of options to pursue later, I opted for Business Economics hons....Read More

College infrastructure is not that good. Classes are not well equipped. There is no auditorium. There is no hostel. Some class rooms are so big some are so small. Fans not worked properly. Less classrooms are there....Read More
