Remarks

Jai Hind college Is one of the top notch college in the country. Mumbai has a great social life and since Jai Hind college is on the Marine Drive, it enhances our chances to be a part of the social life and build in connections.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is pretty and simple to understand. There are some nice teachers which make sure that student doesn't face any problem. Ashutosh sir of Commerce is one of them as he makes things easier and enhances students growth.

Placement Experience

BCom students usually don't take up placements right after their under graduation as most of the students prepare for CA so the college adheres to its policies and makes sure that we get enough exposure to the techniques which might help us

College Events

Being a commerce students we do not have any festival of our own but there is Accountancy club which organises activities throughout the year. There are high chances of building students potential and learn new skills.

At TCSC placements are quite good as anyone. Even the SOBO colleges and Mithibai don't have placements as good as us. So this is why I always dreamt of studying here because since last 6-7 years, Thakur College placements have gone better and higher.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5, you become eligible for final placement and semester 3 for internship placement. many companies like Nykaa, Myntra, Duetsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, Zomato, Beerbiceps and more have visited. the highest package in history is 38 lakh per annum. The average is 8-9 lakh per annum. Around 70% of students get the college placement. My plan is to start my own business after college. I am although doing internships through college. Already done one in Beerbiceps and one in chorus call.

Remarks:

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.
