Remarks

I got a core subject of engineering to study there.The teachers there are extremely helpful and supportive. The chance of getting jobs increase as they groom properly for the job interviews. The subject I am pursuing right now is an extremely interesting subject with high implementation fields. Electricity is something without which we are lame in all kind.

Course Curriculum Overview

They are all designed and prosecuted. We are taken to several industrial visits where we get detailed experience as to how the practical implementation actually works in the real world. The faculty are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our head of the department professor Asoke Paul is not only good but also stands as a pillar to the whole department.

Placement Experience

The placement and jobs are well maintained. The placement cell of the institution is very active and provides quick access to the companies willing to hire us. Besides the alumni network is an advantage as the alumni association is very much eager to help and carry forward their next generation.

College Events

The campus life is full of excitement and experience. We usually have two major festivals. The Technical Festival called the VIVARTA and the cultural festival called the SAHOTSAVA. They are grand arrangements with lot of extra curricular and intra technical knowledge. I have personally participated in each of the festivals and is overwhelmed to have done so. Besides I hold the position of the Head of the Robotics club in our institution.

Placement Experience:

Placement was average if you have good background knowledge so you will definitely get placed. After 7th semester companies started coming and also there is different criteria for all companies like some company required more than 8 CGPA that completely dependent on company preferences. The average package is 3.5 lpa .Most of the student get hired by tcs. Placement success based on branch and skill.

Placement Experience:

The placement statistics are off the charts, with 367 offers being made to 361 students in the recent edition. The student can seat for internshps offered by diffent companies that visit th campus in their pre-final year, while they are eligible to seat for the placements in their final year only. Apart from this there also other restrictions for seating in the placements like Cg should be above 8.5 and there should not have been any disciplinary charges against you, etc. The companies visiting the college also have their own preferences for selecting the students. In 2024-25 the highest CTC is nearly 2.5 crores p.a. offered to a student of CS branch. The EC department getting the most number of offers i.e. 73.
