Remarks

My Conclusion is our college is very good. Yes there are some bad faculty. When I am studying we gave complaint on teachers whose teaching is not good. Then our college removed the teacher. So they will listen to your problems. But we need to compromise on infrastructure as it is built some 40 years ago. This thing I liked very much of our college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is very good. We have regular labs and will have career counseling every week. Our teachers will conduct seminars on the career options of choosing maths. So even if we don't know anything about the course, we will get the advice and guidance from the teacher's. And they teach very good. As it is maths it is revlavent and yes there is research based.

Placement Experience

4.5

We cannot a highest Salary from our placement cell. But we can expect a decent amount of salary. Our placement cell works vey hard. Even I got a placement option in my 3rd year. I did internship in the company called udaan. So they not only provide jobs but also provide internships with very good incentives and also some ngo internships.

College Events

4.5

Yeah. In the topic of events our college will never disappoint you. We have many events department wise and college wise and also university wise. We will have freshers, cultural programme, business events, fest, farewell and many more. So you can make many good memories with your friends like me.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is not at all high. It is very available even for poor. As our college is of delhi university, it is a government college. So the fees is very less. For our course the fees will be 15,000 for a year. But it changes according to courses. The normal fees will be 10,000 for a student. And in that fees the students will get fee reimbursement and scholarships from college side. so there is no panic according to fees. There is less fees and more quality education.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes. I opted for scholarship and I got scholarship also. I got 10,000 money back for my 15,000 fees. And the scholarship was given by College. Even our college applied for me instead of me. Yes. They care about the students.

Campus Life

3

Yeah. I forgot to mention sports events in events list. We will have tournament of cricket, kabaddi, badminton, etc. in college, inter college, inter University, inter department competition's. If you know any sports then you will get an extra scholarship in your fees and college will send you for international competition also

Hostel Facilities

5

Yes. I opted for hostel. I lived my whole 3years in the wonderful hostel. In fact the hostel is very good than college in terms of infrastructure and design and facilities. Yes. Our hostel will provide very tasty food both veg and non veg. And we have very classy rooms which are a very big memory of mine. And the fees is high than college.bit is 1 lakh for year. I literally miss my hostel days. Trust me you can make very good memories.

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors are always best. I miss my seniors. They literally guided us very well. They became very good friends rather than scary seniors.

Admission

I got admission to the college through merit basis. Our college comes under delhi university. So all the college's will have the same procedure of both online exam and merit basis. I choosed bsc mathematics honours because I like maths very much and I want to make career in maths. so I got merit accordingly and took the course.

Faculty

4

I firstly thank my teachers very much. Because I worried what to do after bsc with maths. I just love maths and took it without thinking future. But my teachers guided me well and said me all career options and now iam following them. Our faculty is very good. But also there are some teachers who are not able to teach us well. If we complaint against them the college will take action.

I will rate 10 out of 7 to this course curriculum because in this course the experiment and lab works is too low as compare to another courses like biomedical science, bsc zoology and many more. But it's ok I'm happy with this course.

Students become eligible for placements on the 3rd year, we have decent placement opportunities but not the best, highest package is around 15 lakhs. Companies that visit are Bain and Co., Urban Clap etc. average package is around 5 lakhs. My plans after getting the degree are getting into a master's programme and pursuing research.
