The college management is utmost attentive to any kind of lacunas in academic or hostel facilities for the students. It readily addresses all the problems of students. The management has made the system very transparent to make it feasible for the students to approach anyone based on their necessity. It works for the overall development of the university.

The course curriculum and exam structure is fairly research driven. This is because most of the students who pursue masters in a subject have the aim to go for PhD in their career. Hence, a thorough and deep understanding of the subject matter is essential. The Applied Economics course offers deep insights and thorough learning process into the subject matter. which enables the students to look on the practical application side of the subject and the modelling process. It helps them to look into things from an analytical perspective. Certainly, the curriculum has been groomed to provide industry-specific knowledge to the students that would be helpful in securing on campus placements. Otherwise learning Masters in a subject would have been of no use. The teachers and the faculties exactly know the requirements of the students and their need in the present hr of the dynamic world and guide the students in that appropriate way. Yes, there has been many industrial visits organised for the students.

Students do both summer and winter internships in our course in many reputed institutions. Generally, the banking companies, both public sector and private sector approach our institution for campus placements. Recently, Chegg India visited our campus to select students with subject expertise and hired them. The general steps followed by these companies for the recruitment drive are: 1. They ask for the CVs of the interested students applying for a post. 2. Shortlisting of the candidates based on work experiences, educational qualifications and extra-curricular activities. 3. Personal Interview of the shortlisted candidates (sometimes a written exam and group discussion is also conducted) The tentative number of students placed every year from our campus is 25-30%. Yes, the institution takes special steps to prepare students for the placement season through its 'Equal Opportunity & Placement Cell".

The campus life is very happening. The college has various societies to suit your interests and to add a thrilling experience to your college life. USMS generates brilliant Managers who come across various fest like BizzBuzz, Alumni meet, Management conclave which helps student bulid precious college life memories. Moreover In GGSIPU the excellent cultural fest, called Anugoonj is the best among all across Nashik.

The fee structure for our program is a bit expensive. The program course fee is 35,000 INR for two years. The mode of payment accepted by the college is only online payment through debit card. No, there are no such additional fees/charges that had to be paid in order to secure an admission to the course. Yes, the college provided transparency in the fee breakdown sincerely.

Yes, I have opted for scholarship from the college and I availed it through merit-cum-means scholarship.The college offers scholarship opportunities to the students both on means and merit cum means basis. The top 10 highest marks scorer of each department is eligible for the scholarship provided he/she's annual parental income is less than 2,50,000 per annum.

Campus life is good as far as we get a long week or some holidays, the rest days we will have to do with the sheets and models. Still we have good freedom in the classroom and studios unlike the engineering students. We are allowed to use the mobiles during the class hrs. Some works are also done through the mobiles. Nashik city is a calm and peace place. Yeah, sure it can handle emergencies.

The senior students prove to be great helping hands while we approach them for any kind of advice or suggestions on a subject matter or conducting an event. The seniors are very cordial in maintaining healthy relationships with the juniors and help in the tasks being carried out. We approach the seniors hoping they will guide us through our doubts and queries and they exactly do the same. They make us aware about the way of teaching and the marking scheme & examination pattern of a course which is utmost helpful in our academics.

This institution is one of the few colleges in India which offers Master's program in Applied Economics in the country. There are 6 lecturers in our course. Their average age is between 45-50 years. Every lecturer holds a PhD degree from several reputed prestigious National Institutions. The lecturers are deep and down about the clarity of the subject matter they teach. Each lecturer is expert in his/her own field of research. They make the students thrive on the subject till they get it into their nerves. The lecturers possess a minimum of 12-15 years of teaching experience which enables them to know how to deal with a particular subject with the students. Yes, the lecturers hold relevant industry-experience and certifications like tgey have earlier been part of RBI, Monetary Financial Committee, international seminars etc.
