Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum of my course is very well structured. This college is approved UGC and NAAC. Course is almost similar to any other verified University offering the same course. Exams are taken at the end of the semester and in the mid of the semester.

Placement Experience

Yes, college do provide good jobs opportunities to the students. Their is a special placement cell in the institute. Each year they bring many companies for campus placement drives. Major of the students get job offers in this placement drives.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees for first accadmic year is 3.6lac and for second year it is around 3lac.Fees structure of this college is neither too cheap nor too expensive, comparing to other colleges offering the same course.

Campus Life

Overall all atmosphere of the campus is very positive and it feels like my second home. Campus very beautiful and have great amount of greenery.This is a Ragging free institute. Gender ratio of the college is good. Management of the college is also good. All the facilities are available and are well maintained.

Hostel Facilities

I haven't taken the hostel facility as the campus is near to my house and I prepared to travel on daily basis. But yes their hostel facility available in this college. Charges for one year is around 1.6 lac.

Admission

Admission here is given on the basis of marks obtained in previous course and rank obtained in entrance exam (CAT/MAT). Merit list is made considering this two. Also one need to have atleast 50 percente marks in 10 th and 12th.

Faculty

This was one of the major concern for me at the time of taking admission. Faculty is one of the major plus point for this college. Faculty is very well qualified. Teacher have great experience in their respective subjects.

Faculties are good. Most them are very friendly
Class rooms and canteen are also good. Not the best
Fees are very low comparing to other collages

Dislikes

Not giving good placements. Only 1 or 2 good companies good. Others are average
I'm not interested hostel. But my friends in hostel always saying that the food is not good.
Some faculties are not treat all the students equal. Not every only some

Placement Experience:

Placement are not the best. But EY , federal bank, TCS are some the prominent companies that are coming. The negative thing about placement is most of them are offering marking jobs. So if you are someone who is interested in operations this is not the collage you want to in.

The college without Gates and a place of love and freedom. With no time and boundaries. The potential of growth is tremendous. There are times of hardship but that pressure reforms to give the better in you. Then every problem is heard and solutions are formed together.

My Masters journey

Admission:

All the students with a relevant graduation degree are eligible to apply for the MBA program. Students have to appear for the KMAT entrance exam. My exam cut off was pretty good and my name was there in the first list. I attended the counseling and interview round, post which we were granted admission.

The pros and cons of ASAS KOCHI

I only applied for nid and was not able to pass. As I was not experienced with the question patterns and was planning to take a year drop until I saw this college having the same course. Other colleges too have the same course but amrita got much higher certificate value when compared to most of the private college thus I checked the curriculum and applied for this college. The elegibility is to pass your 12th standard and have 60+% in all main subjects. After application there is only an interview for addmission where you will be asked to submit your portfolio and your abilities will be assessed. There is no exams for this , just one interview and they'll say whether you have been admitted or not....Read More
