Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies (RCBS) is a private (Autonomous) business school located in Kochi. The college is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), Kottayam and approved by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is one of the best institutes in Kerala offers study in MBA, MHRM and PGDM program. Under Rajgiri Business School Admission, the selections are done on the qualifying entrance score of many tests such as CAT, XAT, MAT and CMAT followed by GD and PI. RCBS Courses
The institute offers three different courses at postgraduate level. The list of courses consists of MBA (Master of Business Administration), MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management) and PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management). The duration of every program is different.
RCBS Admission
Rajagiri MBA Admission 2024
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a two-year full-time program spread over four semesters and a summer internship. The minimum eligibility to apply for this program is a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University. The admission is done through CAT exam. Shortlisted candidates on the basis of their entrance marks will be called for next round of selection process which is a group discussion and personal interview round. Final selection is based on overall performance of the candidate.
Rajagiri MHRM Admission 2024
The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) is a two-year full-time program spread over four semesters and a summer internship. Candidates having bachelor’s degree with 55% marks in Science and Technology Subjects and 50% marks in other subjects in the aggregate for all parts of examinations OR a Master’s Degree Examination with 55% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for this program. The degree must be recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University. The selection is done on the basis of CAT/ MAT score followed by group discussion and personal interview.
Rajagiri PGDM Admission 2024
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year full-time course spread over six trimesters and a summer internship. The PGDM course is approved by AICTE and recognized as equivalent to MBA Degree. The eligibility to apply for this program is any master’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
Final selection is based on MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ CMAT score with group discussion and personal interview. Qualified candidates in all rounds will be considered for admission.

Rural Camp
It’s a ten-day camp is a tradition of RCBS which gives students a unique and exciting learning experience off the campus where they learn to apply management concepts and live under resource constraints
Vanavasam
Vanavasam is a three-day camp which gives students an experience of living in the forest. An exercise in meditation and self-realization, Vanavasam helps students get in touch with the inner self, through introspection and soul-searching.
Management Fest – Inflore
It’s a stage for Rajagirians to show their talent. Inflore provides a platform for prospective managers from other 40 B-Schools in India to prove their mettle in various events through wit and intellect.
Business Awareness Test [BAT]
The tests conducted on a weekly basis helps gauge how in tune the students are with the business environment.
Communication Training
A programme that progresses from language training to oral communication training in presentation skills, group discussion, and interviews has been implemented across the semesters. The language lab also gives students the opportunity to master foreign languages such as French or German.
