Overall a good college for Engineering students

Overall college is good for placement of computer science and engineering. Good infrastructure. But is not good for other branches as the core companies for them do not come here for recruitment.

Yes the course curriculum and exam structure is good but it needs some changes in the course curriculum. There are some subjects which needs to be added in the course and the college should provide the industry exposure so that students will be able to learn practically.

College have good placements for computer science and engineering. Various companies like Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon, Sapient etc come here for recruitment. Students have to clear the interview to get placed or to get internships. There are online tests available and then students have to clear the interview.

We have Utkansh as our culture fest in our college which held in March every year and some technical events like techniti held in our college. For the extracurricular activities we have athletic fest in which various kinds of events take place. Students are allowed to enter our college who have valid ID proof of their college.

The mode of payments accepted are net banking, NEFT and demand draft. Yes the college provide transparency in the fee break-down. The fee structure varies according to category or income. Students can pay their fees online but have to do registration manually.

College offer scholarship for students who have family income less than one lakh. Students have to show the proof of income certificate then he/she be able to get the scholarship. Students have to be bright in that case.

Campus life is good. There are more number of boys than girls. There are various clubs like music club, dance club, bhangra club, for different activities. Several competition held in our college time to time to encourage students. Athletics fest also held in our college to promote sports in students.

Hostel rooms are provided to students in sharing. Students have to share their room by 2 or more people. Average rent of hostel is 25000 for one semester and according to that it costs 50000 annually.

Yes we have alumni network. We have a club for that which is called SARC which connects the alumni to juniors.

To get admission in this college you'll have to clear the cutoff of JEE PRE exam and then you'll get the college according to your rank you get. After that counselling is done by the students and student have to select college and student will get college after he/she qualifies for the required marks to get admission in the college.

If you have any doubts you can contact the faculty by face to face or you can drop an email. Faculty will respond to your doubts according to their free time. Lecturers doesn't have that much of knowledge but will try his best to help you. They do have clarity of the subject to some extent.
