Remarks

The language barrier is the main problem here and there mother tongue influence affects the most of the english and sometimes they joke or teach in kannada that makes some kind of weird or boring in the class if you dont know kannda

Course Curriculum Overview

Its same as the Btech VTU affiliated colleges here are sure hectic but it makes you study every month so as to lessen the burden of the externals which are extremely tough if you dont have knowledge about the course before

Placement Experience

The placements are good here with a average of 6 lakh per annum and highest it goes up to 16 lakhs and this year the adobe came and took one girl for 42 lpa as they take girls only.

College Events

Jss verve and it comes every year and is one of the best fests in bangalore be colleges they always call in famous singers mainly and they make our day and we cant forget that such easily. Its the best thing about our college

Fee Structure And Facilities

240 000 is the college fees with 83k for hostel fees 3 sharing and 1 lakh above for single room.So it is good to just shift in a flat or enjoy the hostel days with your roomies in a nice environment

Campus Life

Labs are good no problem them all the sports are played here alomg with some indoor sports as well but just one problem there is no badminton court here so leave that sport and rest everything is fine

Hostel Facilities

The hostel here is good just the problem of water in the toilets otherwise its all good and the cleaners come weekly for the cleaning up and the repair requests are usually done on 3 to 4 days ez.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Yea they a re helpful but there is one problem that they dont usually talk and kinda there are groups of year itself because no other year people can live together here. So its good to have year own friends in your year

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Experience at College

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. However the training and pre placement started for student from the first year itself like aptitude training coding resume workshops. My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

I chose this college because it's near to my house and I personally feel it's better than all the colleges in the vicinity, which includes RNSIT and SJBIT.
