College review

No the college has many merits and demerits based on facilities and many other characteristics. But if we take an overall review it's really great to be in this college. I suggest students should consider this as an option in good colleges.

The course is really great in terms of research. Ample of opportunities are provided by the college to promote good ideas on national level. My field of study has many scopes in future. We live both hectic and chill days according to the schedule.

The placements are pretty good those who want to persue their jobs in IT field. Average salary is around 4l.p.a. and almost 80% of students are placed of final year. Internships are provided by college also if the students have own places the college helps in getting the internship letter and whatever required to make the internship work.

Every department has a target of various events in a particular B-tech year. They are conducted by the particular students and team of students of the department. They are having seperate student association for each department. One central fest named BHARATIYAM is also organised by all the students of all departments working together.

It is feasible for a normal family. Many colleges are way more expensive than ours. My fees is Rs.1, 12, 000 per annum for tuition fee. And around 10, 000 rupees extra for examination fees, stationery, and other charges for the college as well.

There is no scholarship provided by the college as such but the college gives various opportunities for students to grab a national scholarship and apply it in college if eligible. That's a very good facility provided by college.

There are very less girls as compared to boys in an engineering college, college does not permit parties in campus or inside dorms. The are workshops held by every department. There are a lot of groups for people talented in other fields as well. There is a very healthy environment for students in the college and campus. Various extracurricular activities are performed by the students with the help of faculty members of the college.

No I didn't opt for the hostel but the if I were to rate the hostel infrastructure I'd rate the hostel 7/10 for all the facilities and infrastructure is really useful I think because I visited hostel many times.

Yes the interaction with the college seniors is really great they are really very helpful whenever needed and they when they become alumni we try to be in contact as much as possible. And the way the seniors treat us makes us feel like home for us.

1) College conduct personal entrance exam. 2) Merit list according to marks is made out. 3) Merit list is divided into various levels. 4) Counselling is done according to the merit list division. 5) College usually starts in JULY for 1st years.

Faculty in our college is very resourceful and they are highly qualified with most of the faculty approx. 5-6 faculty members having phd. Degree. They are helpful whenever they are approached by the students.
