Remarks
Our college provides good faculty, labs, classrooms, conducts various events, conducts sport activities both indoor and outdoor. The only change that our college should do is provide students with better placements and fixing the food quality and pricing of the canteen.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good but not appropriate to make a student industry ready. The course should have languages like python, linux, php, html, advanced Java, Oracle etc. The examination were not at all a chilling experience but the sessions we had in labs were much interesting.
Placement Experience
The placements and jobs are good but should be better. The top recruiting companies that came to our college are cts, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Deloitte, etc. Our college does not provide internships. Few other companies also came.
College Events
Our college celebrates a lot of festivals and conducts various events and Fests. Festivals like Saraswati puja, Ganesh puja, Durga puja, Gandhi jayanti, Holi etc are celebrated. Fests are also organized.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible. For me as a BCA student and coming from a lower middle class family it cost me 200000 for the whole 6 semester as course fee. On every 6 months I had to give 30000 as my semester fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have never taken any kinds of loan or tried for any scholarships. But our college provides both loan to those who are in need and scholarship to those who have worked hard to earn it. Our college provides great care to the students.
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities which are held at the college are cricket, football, badminton, volleyball, chess, carrom, table tennis etc. Our college also conducts video game competitions such as counter strike, FIFA, need for speed etc.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors were both helpful and not helpful, as it depended from person to person. The seniors were very welcoming when we firstly came to the college as freshers and they provided us with notes and even guided us.
Admission
For admission in BCA it's a first come first serve process. So there were limited seats and I was lucky to be in this college. I came to the college on June 26 2018 and got the 58th seat out of 65. I just needed to have maths in my 12th to get admitted.
Faculty
The faculty of our college were very hard working and responsible. The teachers took good care of the students and tried to make them ready for the industry. The placement department also worked very hard but they need to work harder.
