Remarks

The best college after IITB in mumbai. It's the best place to develop engineers. The best part of the college is the discipline that is followed by the students which lacks on many other college.

Entrance Preview

I got my admission on the basis of JEE Mains ranking. I had scored 180 in the JEE mains exam.

Internships Opportunities

I have not yet completed my course. But I know which companies are in, like oracle is currently the highest paying company. After that approx 80 companies join.

Placement Experience

Placements are not the best but above average. But you will surely get some job.

College Events

Technovanza- its a great opportunity for the students in two ways. Students themselves make their exhibits and explain it to other people and students from other colleges. Nearly 20000 people attended the fest last year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I stay nearby so don't use hostels and mess. But they are cheap and mess food is average there.

Fees and Financial Aid

Right now being in first year I have heard about scholarships but have not yet applied for any.

Campus Life

Campus experience is the best. There are separate hostels for boys and girls, labs are very good, and a well maintained discipline is found.

I Actually don't applied for any other college my preference from first was VJTI only however I do add SPIT on my 2nd preference I don't get rejected I just choose VJTI because it has a great background than any other college also it's location is quite good to get admission students must give an exam name mht cet which is Maharashtra state common entrance test through which they get admission in my course and many other once result is out the admission has to be done through cap round cutoff for my course is between 95-99%+ile depends on various factors like reservation and etc etc overall admission process takes some days but it is worthy...Read More

Detailed and Honest Review of VJTI - One of The Oldest Engineering Colleges in India.

Talking about other colleges I applied for, I registered for JOSAA and CSAB both. Through JOSAA I got the IIT Dharwad, since I got the BS plus MS programm there I regestered for CSAB, through CSAB I secured seat into iiit Bhopal cse. Because it is a newly established iiit, it does have poor facilities. Then through CAP counselling I got seat at VJTI. Then Ieft iiit Bhopal and joined VJTI. Today I think that, the decision taken by me was absolutely right. Apart from this I also applied for IIST Thiruvananthpuram but due to my 12th board score I could not make it. To do engineering in Maharashtra, MH-CET is compulsory and every student here has come that way. Rank of 3000-4500 is enough for general category students to secure admission in VJTI's E&TC branch.
