Remarks

The overall experience of mine till now is good wether it be about teaching experience or about opportunities provided by College for future. The placement improvement experience was the best as extra time and efforts.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The Course Curriculum gets updated every 3 years there are made some changes which you may like and you may not depending on your interest so mine is Logistics but in currently updated syllabus the subject has been removed because of very less number of students choosing it as an elective but i think that it was because they lack the knowledge about that subject logistics department is there in every major company and has a great scope for future reference. The exam structure should be updated the repeated questions mostly students instead of referring to reference books go for easy way such as techmax and easy solution there main focus is just shifted on passing rather than learning so if there may be system such as US where you've had to write your own paper without copying then it would help in achieving more qualified engineering's rather than just book worm or passed students.

Placement Experience

3

The placement and job opportunities were bad but in recent years they have improved significantly the number of efforts taken by College in approaching and preparing students for interviews and placements was very good and the results were also good. The College also provides internships in very big scale companies such as Siemens. I've also had the opportunity to do internships in companies like JK files and Gadre in which i learned a lot about the work culture various equipments and a lot of other things which I'm sure are going to come handy when entering the job world.

College Events

4

A lot of events are organised in College various departments organised their own event and a event of the entire College aside from the fun and all part in then events College also takes initiative in organizing events in which students can put the knowledge learned in semester to use and win various competition with and objective that students learn various ways how to utilize the knowledge gained. Various quizzes and group discussion events are also organised to improve students soft skills which are required while campus drive or while an interview.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the College varies it depends on the year in which you took admission for e.g even if you go to drop or other then also your fee will be according to your year of admission the yearly fee for and general category candidate is around 70-75 thousand per year and for OBC its half and for SB/SC its 8000 per year the fee structure includes tution fee College fee and other such things.

Fees and Financial Aid

No don't know of any but there must be a few provided by the College that helps the students that are financially and other also that helps the teachers who wanna pursue further studies and then work in College.

Campus Life

4

Various sports such as badminton football cricket all takes place both girls and boys play equally and also given equal opportunities to shine. Various workshop are organised to provide various information about the industrial knowledge required for the students.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

No i am a local but there are a number of hostel and College also has their own hostel and College buses the annual fee of hostel varies between 25000 to 30000 and mess Fess is not included in it you have to pay.

Alumni/Alumna

Number of pass out students revisit the College and share their own experience they faced after College life and workplace the main difference between both of them and the difficulty faced by them in their work life.

Admission

I got admission thorough merit list we get admission form which we have to fill our details such as 12th std physics chemistry mathematics and biology/Computer science marks and our JEE score than with a formula it is seen that whether we are eligible to apply for it or not basically if you're in backward category then you total score should be above 130 and if you're from open category then it should be above 150 if its less then you wouldn't be able to even apply for engineering in any College after applying then you must select the College and course you want to apply and then there are total 3 rounds in which the Merit list is displayed online i had choose mechanical engineering because I've always had an interest for production or manufacturing products so mechanical was my way to go and i got to know a lot about about it then just engines and all that my field in which i wanna work after engineering is Logistics it has a great scope and i have a keen more interested in that.

Faculty

4.5

The First year and Mechanical engineering which I've had learned under some of them were excellent teachers they had bring the attitude in students that even if took 2hrs free break then also students were willing to wait 2hrs just to attend the lecture there are some teachers who lacked in teaching but since students feedback is taken every month regarding teaching faculty so if a faculty is performing poorly then he would be given a limited number of chances to improve their performance otherwise they are relived from their duties. Most of the teachers are Mtech and are pursuing their phd or have already achievied it. So overall the teaching section is top notch.

> From the 4th semester itself, students can go on a off-campus intership with the permission of the college department; the college takes care of the students' attendance. > While mostly students start looking for an internship from the 6th sem onwards. >About 80-85% students were placed from the final year, and the rest many chose to pursue higher studies in foreign countries. > The highest package went up to 12-13 LPA, while the lowest was 3 LPA, on the other hand the average package was 6-7 LPA. > The top recruit companies are Accenture, TCS, Cognizant, and Wipro.

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs. CIA like case studies, presentations, and assignments encourage hands on learning. However, in some programs, there is a still heavier focus on the theory, so students must actively seek extra learning resources

Students become eligible for campus placements once they enter 3rd year of college. Some notable companies that visit the campus is nomura, walmart, amazon, nvidia and they take 5-6 candidates each while nomura takes 15-16 per year. The highest on campus is 43 lakhs while off campus is around 1.4cr. average package is 14-15 lpa mostly for swe roles. Percentage student getting placed is 50% oncampus and if we add off campus the number goes to 80%. I plan to work in the industry for 2-3 years and then try to go for masters.
