My College is a central university with all facilities

SS

Remarks :

They should provide campus interview and orientation program for the betterment of students. The fee must fall due to poor students cannot afford it. We need more transport facility inside the College q

Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum is properly designed but i think it should be little more nutrition, diet and hospital related subjects. Labs and exams are not frequent. Timetables are published regularly and labs are deeply food related and not nutrition related one

Placement Experience :

Our College provide internship to various food product companies and hospitals to gain knowledge about our main subjects and faculty guide us about the job opportunities. There is no campus interview for our department

College Events :

As a central university we celebrate most of the indian festivals in department and hostel. And department wise events are also conducted which invites other departments to join. Pongal and onam celebration is popular in our College.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

We paid 23,000 for 1st semester and 4000 for 2nd semester. As a central university the fee is little high in our College. But compared to MBA courses fee it is lesser than that because they pay around 66,000

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship is given for entrance exam rank holders department wise. 10000 for first rank 3000 for second rank and around 750 for next rank holders. There is no loan facility is provided by the College

Campus Life :

In our department boys are lesser than girls. But in MBA boys are higher than girls. We have students from all over the world which includes all race of people with friendly nature. College provide full rights to involve in students politics in the form of student council to raise our voice for our needs

Hostel Facilities :

I'm a day scholar but my friends were staying in hostel. I have the hostel many times. Rooms are good with all facilities. Separate hostel and mess for boys, girls and ph.D scholars. PG's is followed in our hostel

Alumni/Alumna :

Our seniors have warmlu welcomed us as freshers to the College. They are very friendly to us. They help us to know about the subjects and clears our doubts whenever needed. Our alumni are successfully employed in various industries, hospitals and teaching field

Admission :

Through entrance exam merit list. I applied for this course alone. I have completed b.sc clinical nutrition and dietetics in BGCW. So i wanted to join something related to nutrition course in central university

Faculty :

Faculty are good in teaching and has friendly nature. They teach us the inner depth of the subject. And helps us to attend exam without any fear. They guide us to complete our project work. All faculty have completed ph.d

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I'm studying is Disaster Management. The course structure is perfect with knitting our knowledge in disasters both in scientific aspects as well as social aspects. The GIS course is really appreciative as this will be further useful fo us students as a future disaster manager. Though the field practices are less, we will be having a project only semester during our last sem.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is good, matching with international standards. NEP 2020 is also followed in this campus. As this is matching international standards mean that it is good for future also. Teacher will teach with power point presentations and you have to give power point presentation for internal assessment and monthly test evaluation will be done. Internal examination value is 40% and end semester value is 60%. If you studied well you will score good. Average marking is 8.2 CGPA in department of Biotechnology.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus is very light for applied psychology in this university. There are only 3 semesters which have written exams. The last semester is just project and viva. One factor i liked about the curriculum is that in the third semester we can choose our specialty based on our interests.there are 3 options counselling clinical and industrial psychology.

I chose this course as it's a job-oriented course and also provides good packages even if job opportunities are limited. Most of the topics we study here are at the application level. The syllabus is gate and net-oriented and would be more helpful for those who are preparing
