Remarks

It's a good college overall which attracts a good crowd from all the backgrounds be it arts, science, or commerce. But cutoff may vary a lil bit for different streams. Placements are average. Faculty is good, helpful and friendly. Attendance is 70% compulsory. College has gained academy autonomy from the Mumbai University thus they set their own papers and get them checked within the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

It should be more of practical knowledge and not only theory otherwise it gets too boring. One must keep learning different subjects in order to gain knowledge in diverse subjects and aspects of the world.

Placement Experience

3.5

College has a good placement cell and a separate website which provide decent placements and internships offered by various companies. The average package is around 4 lacs rupees which is par to other mu under grad colleges and hence is not lacking in that aspect and the children from any stream can apply to any job subject to his or her interests.

College Events

3.5

There are so many events happening in the college every year. Talaash, enactus, e cell, e summit, to name a few. Students can show their interest and join any college fest which are available for their programme. People learn a lot over here. Working with other people, getting to know them thus make you socially active.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is quite reasonable. It's nothing as compared to the other undergrad colleges outside Mumbai. The fees is barely 60,000 for 3 years and seems to be very reasonable. Mumbai University provides education at such a cheap cost.

Fees and Financial Aid

A couple of scholarship are available in the college which are provided by various government organisations which are based on the merit and the interview process and once selected, scholarship are provided and can be redeemed easily at the college level. I haven't been offered one yet therefore can't be much precise about it

Campus Life

3.5

There is a gymkhana in the college which provides enough opportunity to take part in various competition being held time to time. One can easily take part in whatever extra curricular activity he or she is interested in and thus gain a chance to prove himself and there are interesting prizes for the winner as well.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

There is no hostel facility provided by the college's itself but there are a couple of private hostels nearby that area which are separate for girls as well as boys at reasonable prices providing decent standard of living

Alumni/Alumna

Athe alumni network of the college is quiet good and some of the people have went ahead with their startups and some other are working in good companies. The alumni come to the college when requested and share their experiences and knowledge they have gained after they passed out of the college which is really helpful.

Admission

Merit based on 12th board results. Applied from Mumbai University website and then waited for the cut off lists to be announced and then took the admission by coming to the campus and ensuring my admission with the head of department.

Faculty

4

Faculty is visiting as well as the permanent. Which is quiet helping and good. Help us clear our doubts and provide us with insights of the real world by studying various case studies which were real scenarios at some point of time

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.
