We expect much in the field of placement. Some big companies are still to visit our college for recruitment. The package is also not that much higher as compared to other iits. The college lags in the field of research area.

The course curriculum is little bit hectic. If someone get time other than academics then it is possible to do a research in particular field of interest. Our college currently is not that much ahead in the field of research but some course structure are changed. Hopefully it will give much opportunities to students in the field of research.

Yes, our college provides intern in the field of research. The placement season in all IITs starts in the end of December and continues till March. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment and they also provide internship to the 3rd year students. The internship program from college is generally in research field and they are paid a stipend of approx 25000.

Many fests occur in our college. Among them the cultural fest has the awesome aura in the entire North east states. Cultural fest- Srijan Tech fest- Concetto Alumini fest- Basant. Sports meet-Parakram.

Expensive. The tution fee is high approximately equal to 110000. In addition to this the mess and hostel charges are 15000 per semester. Many students get concession either due to their category or due to scholarship.

The scholarship offers to the students of out college are MCM scholarship. The MCM scholarship is funded by the central government to all the deserving candidates. In addition to this many state scholarship scheme are also available which are funded by the state government.

The sports and other activities facilities are very nice. Every year our college performs well in inter IIT sports as well as inter IIT cultural competition. The course structure includes a ethical subject which teaches the moral values. Grades are also awarded on the basis of sports played by the students.

Alumini network are much efficient in our college. Every year BASANT fest takes place in which previous year Alumini visits our college and enjoy various activities performed by the students. The Alumini network is also very good. In many companies some Alumini are present who are willing to help any student in of he prompts him or her for the help.

Indian Institute of Technology are taking students on the basis of JEE Advanced examination. All the candidates who qualify JEE Mains exam are eligible for the JEE Advanced examination. I qualified the same with AIR-5431. When I appeared for the counselling, the best course available at my rank was Computer science and technology. So, I took admission in IIT Dhanbad.

Faculties are talented. They have the appropriate knowledge. Some problem lies in the communication skills or may be some teacher despite of having that much of knowledge are not able to interact with the students. So there the problem arises generally.
