Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel rooms are quiet good.Infrastructure is old but still it maintained properly.4 people share rooms upto 2nd yr.Facilities 24×7 light, water, Wi-Fi.Washing Machine, RO on each floor, hygienic mess but not too much.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they are very helpful. IIEST having largest alumni network all over in India. Alumni Cell worked for the same. They initiated many infrastructure projects in and around campus. In the month of December every year alumni meet conducted for fruitful interactions of current students with alumni.

Admission

I qualified the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) with a rank. By the end of June counselling process start which last upto 3rd week of July. Through counselling I was allotted a seat in department of Civil Engineering. After few reported physically and submit and verify all the documents and then institute accepted it and allotted a hostel. Finally I got admission.

Faculty

4

Faculty is superb but some are lazy. They all are well qualified and many passout from IISc,IITs and foreign universities. All are really helpful. Many visiting professor are also their. Some professor also visit other premier institute.
