Remarks

College management should encourage more research. They should tieup with more industries so that students can get an insight to real world. Research should be focused on real world issues. Guide should take Role of project manager.

Entrance Preview

I got admission based on my GATE score. I scored 96.33 percentile. With this score I have options like VJTI, NSIT AND BITS. I took admission in VJTI because its admission calendar was earliest. Placement of VJTI is OK and its improving day by day. But its almost 9 years that I got passed out.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is good because the institute has academic autonomy.

Internships Opportunities

You get Stipend if you have GATE score. It is basically provided by MHRD so you must check with institute before taking admission.

Placement Experience

Very good in terms of IT companies, core companies except electronics. In an average every student has job when they pass out from campus.

Campus Life

Cool campus life. It has got event for social, technical, cultural, sports, academic etc. very active student body.

It's growing and Alumni association is doing excellent work towards institute. As VJTI is very old institute it has rich heritage in terms of Alumni.

Explain this in chronological order first any person need to complete degree with at least 50% above then only they will be able to sit in the placement. Placement rates are high if you have in depth knowledge about your study. Most of the times company visit Amazon and take Mahindra highest packages 1.5 lakh to 4 lakh. now after getting the degree my goal are to get job any company in Stastitical Department.

My College Life Experience

I Actually don't applied for any other college my preference from first was VJTI only however I do add SPIT on my 2nd preference I don't get rejected I just choose VJTI because it has a great background than any other college also it's location is quite good to get admission students must give an exam name mht cet which is Maharashtra state common entrance test through which they get admission in my course and many other once result is out the admission has to be done through cap round cutoff for my course is between 95-99%+ile depends on various factors like reservation and etc etc overall admission process takes some days but it is worthy...Read More

Detailed and Honest Review of VJTI - One of The Oldest Engineering Colleges in India.

Talking about other colleges I applied for, I registered for JOSAA and CSAB both. Through JOSAA I got the IIT Dharwad, since I got the BS plus MS programm there I regestered for CSAB, through CSAB I secured seat into iiit Bhopal cse. Because it is a newly established iiit, it does have poor facilities. Then through CAP counselling I got seat at VJTI. Then Ieft iiit Bhopal and joined VJTI. Today I think that, the decision taken by me was absolutely right. Apart from this I also applied for IIST Thiruvananthpuram but due to my 12th board score I could not make it. As IIST has a criteria that student should secure minimum 75% in board exams. IIST does not have 20%ile criteria where all iits,nits and gftis has....Read More

To do engineering in Maharashtra, MH-CET is compulsory and every student here has come that way. Rank of 3000-4500 is enough for general category students to secure admission in VJTI's E&TC branch.
