IIIT HYDERABAD

Course curriculum is highly advanced. It contains of mainly courses on maths, electronics and computer science. Exam contains of quizzes, mid sems and endsem exams. Quizzes are objective type and sem exams are descriptive type which requires Innovative thinking skills.

We as a technical institution has one of the highest average packages among engineering colleges in India. Average packages are well above 20LPA (CTC). Also, many of the 3rd and 4th year students go for internships.

A lot of events are celebrated on campus. The annual cultural fest Felicity is a delight for whole college. Also Felicity attracts people from all over Hyderabad and different colleges here. We also celebrate various festivals in our campus here.

The fee structure is on the higher end. Presently, the fees is ?2,80,000 PA for tuition. And the hostel fee is around 14,000 per sem, mess fee is around 18,000 per sem. Other than that, college takes an initial security deposit of ?10,000.

Loan facility is available to students from State Bank of India whose branch is present inside our campus. No scholarship facilities as such are being offered as of now. Loan facility is easily available to all the students however.

Labs are very good. We are one of India's finest research institutions, so our research facilities are top notch. Also, we do have sports and extra-curricular activities but they are bit less frequent as compared to other colleges due to less amenities and space available now in our campus.

We have a strong alumni network, not as strong as IIT's but we have good connections with alumni as well as senior people, so this helps people in everyway whether being in internships or being part of an extended family.

Through UGEE. It's a written test followed by an interview. Written test contains of 2 parts SUPR and REAP. It contains mental ability and logical questions in SUPR part. The interview is taken by panel of professors for different students and rank is decided on basis of performance in interview.

Faculty is good and nice. Almost all the professors are Ph.D's of foreign universities. Also, we have different types of professors, on campus and visiting, making a lot of specialization in each field.
