Marine college

my course is useful for those who want to settle quicker in life and also face to adopt in risk life. It's very good course easy to steady but difficult to fallow marine rules and laws(ex: clean shave daily). Those who like travel along the world with doing work this is better choice compared to aviation.

place is very Less because many shipping companies not tie up with our college. Bt E.T.O having Better placement option compared to other departments. Our college doesn't provide internship for student's still now. But selected cadets are only allowed for internship by their own expense.

we celebrate all the functions in our college grandly by arrangements of final year students. Especially pongal, onam and pooja celebration are the most valuable celebration held in our college. On functions every departments are work together to make a successful celebration. And maritime day is the main day of our career.

Fees is medium compared to other marine colleges like HIMT and AMET. Here per year B.Sc (3 years) - 2.5 lacks/yr+10k at final year. B.Tech(4 years)- 3.15 lacks/yr+ 10k at final year. GME(1 year) - 2.5 lacks Mess fee - 36,000/year Laundry fee?300/month If fess is not payed at time fine will be imposed rs.100per day.

it is a residential course so students must stay only in the hostel. Hostel is very bad compared to other college hostels and food is Also not hygienic. Laundry clothes are not washed well. Toilets flushes are not working

I have 82% of 12th marks and I easily get admission here. If anyone want to admission on our college by through the college receptionist or by CMC head office. In CMC only 80 seats are available for B.Sc and B.tech and extra courses also available like G.P rating, GME, E.T.O and some marine courses.

Staffs whose teaching class for students are having experience on ship more than 5 years. Limited staff are there but their knowledge onboard is high. Staffs here are mostly aged persons. They give more assignments if we failed in exams and conduct viva on behalf of semester exams.
