My college life

The college is very good. But it seems quite strict and no personal time is given for student as the college keeps them busy all the time.

The course curriculum is all based on the VTU Belgaum. The three internal tests will be conducted along with with the assignment, MOOC courses, mini and mega projects. There are research and development team in this college. The activities that this college holds actually helps in building a very good professional personality.

As CMR Institution of Technology is present near the Whitefield, Bangalore many companies will come to the college for placement. We get very good exposure.

There are many events such as Kannada Rajyostava, Independence day, Republic day, ethnic day, college fest Cultura and many more. We even hold a marathon, walk for cause events. The VTU sports competition as Spardha will be held in this college. We have many club events technical and non-technical clubs included.

The fees structure includes the K-CET fees based on the merit of the seat which you got, along with building funds. Otherwise, the management seat fees depend on the marks of your PU course. The hostel present in the college campus has a separate fee along with mess fees.

The scholarship section is present in the college which will give the updated information to students through email and notice.

The campus is student-friendly with strict no ragging. It is a ragging free campus. The gender ratio is very good. There is a huge football, basketball, table tennis and gym. Every week there will be a competition which every club coordinator organize them.

The hostel fees are way more than the facilities given. The mess food is also not up to the expectations. We have double sharing rooms and two common washrooms on every floor. There is a 4 floor in the hostel. And a warden. Dhobi people come twice in a week to collect snd return the clothes.

The alumni are really very good and student-friendly. Senior students are also very friendly and helpful.

I have got admission into this college through K-CET. I have searched about this college on collegeDunia website. We can get admitted through COMED-K and through management seat also. But the fees structure gets differed. This is a VTU college. The admission is done at the time of seat allotment of K-CET and COMED-K

The faculties if this college is available in the college timings. They will be present in the staff-room. We can meet at all the college time. We can even contact the lectures through WhatsApp and email if we are not able to make it through face to face.
