The course provides bachelor's degree in arts commerce and science. The course of B.Sc is very good especially because of the well designed labs and individual systems to work with. We have internal assessment exams and end semester.

College Events

There are many events celebrated in the college like the republic day independence day annual sports and cultural activities and inter College fests. The college takes part in the activities with lots of hustle and bustle and it's fun.

Campus Life

There are many facilities in the college like:- Big playground Gym Infrastructure good Alumni association Library Well designed and equipped labs. They are all good and with a bit of maintenance,the college can reach greater heights.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni association of the college is aweeome. Most prominent alumni are C.V.Ananda Bose sir who is an IAS officer and P.K.Biju sir who is respected MP. The seniors are helpful and friendly and very good.

Admission

You need to apply online or apply in the college office for admission form and prospectus. The college completely takes admission on the basis of merit list. I also got admission into the college through higher secondary marks.

The faculty of the college is average more or less. They teach us with lots of dedication and motivation. If you can't understand any concepts,they are always there to help you out. But be a good child and try to be disciplined always.

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

It's an okay college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this because I liked biology and also I love working in the lab . Real world applications are pretty badly prepared here like they only teach us things we need just so we can pass the exams nothing more. They should include more practical knowledge. Exams are conducted in a very short time notice.

Chemistry is one of the main subject in whole science and it contains practical along with theory.I preffered this subject because I don't really into bookish learning.It offers skilled learning also.Exam timing was relevant for a paper 2.30 hours and 60 marks for main subject and 80 mark for language.

I choose this course because it is rare and it have high potential in national as well international level. But in this college they don't have enough facilities to teach so it won't prepare a student for real-world application. They should include seperate good lab facilities for environmental studies,need permanent teachers and placement activities should be provided. I applied in Marian college, Kuttikkanam. But my 89 percentage mark didn't allow me to study there. Then I applied in kuriackose Elias college, Mannanam and now I'm studying there. My friend opt me this college. He is also studying there. I got admission through Mahatma Gandhi University website. And I got admission through merit and got seat.
