An average college

The infrastructure is good. Academics is good. But the sports and other extracurricular activities have to be promoted. Some of the authorities are very bad and some are good at their works. Some are doing for their personal benefits.

My opinion is not so bad. They will not provide any text book. But a library with a collection of lot of books is here. We can refer books of famous authors. Exam is sem wise. Winter sem exam will be on november and summer exam will be on may.

Of course a placement cell is working here. If you are qualified enough you can get a job ftom the university itself. Our college provides internship. As this is a developing university the stipend is used for its development.

The college fest is named as Arambh. Other than Arambh onam celebration, pongal celebration, holy celebration and ugadi celebration are there. All the programmes are only average. The programmes will conduct at MP hall inside the campus.

As this is a central government institution the fee structure is affordable when compared to private colleges. The sem fee is only around five thousand and hostel fee is three thousand per year. This is very low compared to other colleges.

On my knowledge there is no such scholarships or loan facility available. But of course there are other scholarships provided by both Kerala and Tamilnadu governments. And also central government provides scholarship.

The infrastructure of our labs are extraordinary. It is comparable with labs od NIT and IIT. Sports is also very good. NSS and NCC units are also present. We have a sports team which have been appearing in the south zone sports.

Hostel infrastructure is very good. The hostel building is biggest in this district. There are four memeber in a room. In some hostel this is two and may be three. There are around seven hostel in the campus.

Yes. The senior students are very helpful in both academic and non academic things. From the beginning they are our guides. Sometimes seniors are more helpful than the authority. We have a very good communication with seniors.

We have to write an all India entrance exam. This is exam is for the admission of 10 central universities across India. According to the merit list they call for councelling. Thus admission is taken.

All the faculties here are having doctorate degree on any topic related to their topic. As this is a central government institution all the faculties are well educated and qualified. Many of the facultie's classes are also outstanding.
