I didn't apply to any other college after CLAT because UILS has really good reviews over all as a law college esp. in Punjab and regions around it. I don't regret coming here, as there are opportunities which if taken good advantage of, can take us to places. We need to give an entrance test, in order to enter the college. 50 percent weightage is for grade 12 percentage and the remaining is for the entrance test marks. I applied for B.A.LL.B (Hons.) in Panjab University as well as in other colleges too like Banaras Hindu University, Kurukshetra University. Due to the Corona pandemic, the University did not take the entrance test last year (2020) and the admission process was done on the basis of merit list i.e., marks obtained in the 12th Class. I also got shortlisted for admission to Kurukshetra University but as per the report of 2019, Panjab University has been ranked in the range of #801-1000 in QS World University Rankings.
