- Panjab University campus is huge and has a very safe environment. It has preserved nature and provides a balance to infrastructure along with natural environment. The campus includes various facilities and amenities.
- The most prestigious place of my university is the AC Joshi Library. It includes a large collection of books which are related to course and books which are of general awareness
- It also include a great and learned faculty of professors who are helpful and very cooperative. The professors teach with utmost professionalism and in a well articulated manner.

Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum focuses on all aspects of the subject like in law it includes civil and criminal both. The teaching merhod of every professor is variant but effective. The curriculum helps in creating confidence and prepares for outer world as it includes interactions and presentations with and in the class.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for Panjab University in the course L.L.B (3years) is taken per annum. The fees which was taken in 2025-2026 session 1st year was approx. 25,000 for General Category. LLB 1st Semester fees in 2025 for PU Students was 20570/- and for 2nd Semester it was 4355. There is recession in fees for scheduled caste students of punjab state only who are eligible for post matric scholarship (i.e. whose family income is less than or equal to 2.5 lac or two & half lac. ).
Campus Life
There are many events, competitions and gatherings. Dandiya night, Freshers, blood donation drives, vigilance awarness competition ect. It also includes various clubs like moot court club, legal aid club, debate club ect.
Admission
I had applied to other colleges also like delhi university and christ but paniab university was also my priority as it is close to my hometown and is a prestigious and well known university. It holds entrance exams of its own as the seats are limited in the main campus.
Faculty
The timings of classes are in dividend into two shifts : morning and evening. The morning classes commence at 9:00am and go on till 1:15pm. The teachers and professors are very friendly and helpful. They posses great knowledge and skills. My course is Law(LLB) it is a 3 year course and includes 6 semesters, 2 semesters in each year. The exams are conducted in the month of December and May. The written exams are of 80 marks and the internal assessment is of 20 marks, giving a total of 100 marks. The internal assessment is a mixture of written assignment and oral presentation. The exams are easy only if you have studied well and have good knowledge of concepts but one can refer to previous year questions as well. This course should be taken only by people who are genuinely interested in leaning and gaining knowledge. The curriculum is exactly relevant to the subject and it is updated with change in latest laws.
Night Life
The hostel campus are divided by north and south campus. The hostel premises is very spacious, it includes facilities like fan, watercooler, beds , cupboards. The washrooms are combined and the room sharing is on double and triple sharing basis. These hostels have different mess for meals. The girls and boys hostels are separate.
