More interactive sessions, more no. of events can be organised. Non- teaching department can be more humble and should be in fact Professors should not be biased, which they are Overall experience is good, I will be taking no. Of lessons from here along with me Till far, it has been a blended mixture of study,events, competitions & lifetime learning which in all have resulted in personality growth

After passing LL.B. ENTRANCE EXAM conducted by Punjab University itself (which does not include any Interview stage) I got admission here. Passion for Judiciary & to work for the betterment of society, I opted this course.

Course content is very good and is well divided in the respective semesters. Emphasis is there on practical learning through Moot Participation & Internships.Though research work is handled by Ph.D Scholars, yet a little effort is made by other students too while giving 5 presentation in each semester. Law of taxation, penology & victomology, Law of Equity & Trust, ITI & RTI are some elected subjects.

Yes it is compulsory for a student to do internship under an advocate. Since I have not done it yet, can't reply further.

Very less students are placed here as they don't apply for it being more interested in Judiciary or Civil Services. Major companies are Legal firms like Bharat Legal Firm.

Vimarsh & Arguendo (Law),Goonj, Rose fest etc. are some of the fest organised here in the campus. Some are quite big & some are organised at low scale. Authorities do contribute through the funds provided for the same.

For the whole year it is 13 thousand excluding examination fee of 1540(including bank charges) each semester. So, yes it is quite affordable.

There are some scholarship programs for some categories which includes Sports & Economically weaker section. No, I did not. The department does not help at all.

It is ok in terms of extracurricular. Though Intra department competitions are held very less but the students in a good number participate in Moot court competition,Debate, Declaration organised at National Level. Yes I clinched opportunities no. of times to participate in same & it does result in overall growth & personality development of a person.

No I am not residing in hostel. Yes, Single rooms are available only for Ph.D scholars. Other than that 2 persons have to share. PG facility is not there by the University or department. Food is nutritious and as is served as per the guidelines provided by the government. So,it is good.

Such programs are done only once in a semester. So the interaction is less

It is not at all a tiring schedule for students here. Just exams followed by 5 presentation each semester. One can call it chill culture, I believe.

The best part of the course is the knowledge that is shared by the professors. Though some are stick to their syllabic but their experience talk. Some work on students for their individual development as well. Apart from a few guest lecturer & a few permanent faculty, the teaching standard is good!
