Remarks :

One of the Best of colleges in kerala. Best teaching facilities. Labs include cad lab, physics lab, metallurgy lab, chemistry lab, mechanical lab, civil lab, electrical engineering lab electronic lab.bus facilities connect all nearest cities. Placements are also high Best ranking in under University

Course Curriculum Overview :

The cousre curriculum is put forward by University. The internals are in two series in each semester. Assignment projects labs are also included in internals. The exam is conducted by University. Is which in theory constitute 80%of mark.

Placement Experience :

Best opportunities are provided by the college. Start ups , national, multi national companies visit for placements every year. Our minimum placement is for ?1.2 lakhs per annum. Intership is not provide d by institute.but do send students to IITs and other companies for the internships.

College Events :

Our college celebrate both tech fest as well as arts fest every year. Thr celebration buget is in high fot both events. The bharatham is the arts fest. Other events include discussions by clubs, classes from renowned profs etc workshop and seminars.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible depends on the income of the family of student. 1.5 lakhs is yhe college management seat.merit list students pay ?75000. There is special consideration for OEC students there pay just ?1000 per year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Federal bank itself provide loan for the college. Through keam merit there is fees reduction. Through all india council of technical education scholarship Pv Mathew scholarship Merit cum means scholarship

Campus Life :

Yes, we have lab each for every department. There working is proper and regular.Labs include cad lab, physics lab, metallurgy lab, chemistry lab, mechanical lab, civil lab, electrical engineering lab electronic lab. There is active participation in university sports. And lots of national events.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes it has, Alumi network has brought lots of placements In the college every year. Students could also get information regarding the technology and engineering in various field through them. Passed out senior has brought lots of opportunities to get job outside India.

Faculty :

Faculty in the college are from different institutions including IITs and NITs. The teaching methodology by faculty is very good. The non teaching faculty are very good at their services. There is good no of faculty in yhe college.

Placement Experience:

Students can avail placenta from the 7th semester where a lot of companies are available. I don't know about the highest package but all of them are pretty decent. Most of the packages are IT and sales.

Actually placement cell is a bit week the company's is not that reputed and they offer monthly salary of 12k to 15k. Probably some startup companies. And many students choose that and work for 1 or 2 years to gain experience and then they apply for better opportunities.

SEEING STCET THROUGH MY VISION

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
