I took CET in Karnataka as I belong to this state and bmsce was dream college to join in had already made up my mind to join here.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was good and as per vtu semester based curriculum and it goes with 6 months once semester and 3 internals every semester with respective lab exams according to the subject
Internships Opportunities
There was nothing offered as such as this is was not applicable for us as under vtu internship was banned at our times so I cannot comment Much on this.
Placement Experience
Bmsce is famous for placements and most of them for placed. There are many companies more than 120 different companies from different field had come for placements and can say one of the best place to placed in all the vtu colleges in our state
College Events
Utsav is main college event and said to be the oldest college event in Karnataka.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Both as it had cet entrance and manganment too and comedk entrance through also as it was aided govt college for efficient highly ranked people it was very low fee structure and if you have enough money to get into this college you could have I don't know the present condition of the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Nothing as per my knowledge offer by college for student. But there could have been offered by the government or education trust which us college as medium to give scholarship or loan to the privileged.
Campus Life
Out college was good at extra-curricular activities so every student had good opportunity to go in their line if interest. We had done robotics and participated in IIT Mumbai and our college is FAMOUs for arts movie making and organising fest for college and department wise also.
Hostel Facilities
Very good hostel facilities we have girls hostel and boys hostel separate and there is separate hostel called as international hostel for NRI and outside resident students it is coed hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
They are strong and well linked. We have one of the all orgnsined alumni and can say has the oldest alumni which keeps meeting regularly and organize events and I am proud to regularly participating in these event
Exam Structure
Semester exams 6 months once as per vtu. semester based curriculum and it goes with 6 months once semester and 3 internals every semester with respective lab exams according to the subject
Faculty
They were good but not so up to mark in the way they teach. Lab was completely out dated and was not that too maintained they say ours is one of the good labs in the state and so we should imagine how are other college labs.
