Which is a better career, LPU BMM or a SSC level government job?

Honestly, I think pursuing a BMM at LPU is a better career option for me. The curriculum is pretty rigorous, but it really prepares us for the competitive world out there. I’ve had to study around 5 hours a day during exams, but the faculties are great and they push us to do our best. Plus, the campus life is vibrant with plenty of clubs and activities. I feel that the hands-on experience in journalism and mass communication through workshops will give me a significant edge over a government job, which can be quite stable but less dynamic.

Choosing between a BMM from LPU and an SSC level government job is tough. I lean towards BMM because the program offers practical coursework alongside theory, like media ethics and journalism laws. I believe these skills are essential in today’s fast-paced media environment. The campus is also really supportive, and the faculty is knowledgeable and strict, which helps keep us on track. The fees might be high, but the scholarships available for students who excel in studies make it somewhat manageable. I think pursuing this course will open more doors for me in the long run.
