Doing a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication at LPU has its pros and cons. The curriculum is well-designed, blending theory with practical coursework, which really prepares us for the real world. I appreciate the emphasis on media ethics and journalism laws, but I do feel they could enhance it further with more current affairs knowledge. The fees are a bit high, but they do offer scholarships for students who need financial help. Honestly, if you’re motivated and willing to engage with the coursework, you’ll find it rewarding.

I joined LPU for BA in Journalism and Mass Communication and overall my experience has been good. The admission process was straightforward, and I was relieved to see no unfair practices during admission. Classes are clean and the faculty is supportive. The campus life is vibrant with lots of cultural and sports activities. However, keep in mind that you need to score at least 80% in 12th grade for admission. I’ve found that consistent attendance is crucial because the exams are frequent, and it helps with staying on track!

I’m currently pursuing my BA in Journalism and Mass Communication at LPU, and I’d say it’s a decent choice if you’re serious about your studies. The exams can be tough, but if you attend classes regularly and put in the effort, you can definitely pass. The teachers are knowledgeable and quite strict, which I think is good because it keeps us on our toes. The campus is huge, with plenty of clubs and societies to join, which adds to the overall experience. Just be prepared to study hard, especially during exams—I usually study around 5 hours a day then!
