Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have scored at least 50% in the 12th Board Examination from a recognized Board.
• English (Core/Elective/Functional) must be passed as a subject in the 12th Board Examination.

Selection Criteria

• A merit list will be created based on marks in the best four subjects (including English) in the XII Board Examination or its equivalent.
• To resolve ties in the inter-se merit of candidates with the same percentage in the best four subjects (including English), the following criteria will be applied in order of preference:
  • Candidates with a higher score in English (Core/Elective/Functional) will be prioritized.
  • If English scores are the same, the date of birth will be considered, with older candidates receiving preference.
