Ans: Current Ratio is Current Assets divided by Current Liabilities and it shows Short Term Liquidity of Firm.
Question (Male): What is an Ideal Current Ratio?
Ans: I'm not sure, but it lies between 1 and 1.5 for both Manufacturing and Trading Businesses.
Question (Male): What about Quick Ratio?
Ans: Quick Ratio is Liquid Assets divided by Current Liabilities.
Question (Male): What all Liquid Assets are Included?
Ans: Cash and Cash Equivalents, Marketable Securities.
Question (Male): What is more Important for a Business, Net Profit or Operating Profit and why?
Ans: Operating Profit is more important because it shows Profit from Operations of a Business whereas Net Profit includes Non Recurring Incomes from Non Operating Sources.
