The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has released the final and round 3 AP EAMCET counselling 2024 seat allotment online. The registration for the MPC special phase counselling was open till August 22, 2024. The last date to report at respective colleges is August 30, 2024.

AP EAPCET 2024 Counselling Process
AP EAPCET 2024 counselling is a process to allocate seats to students in different undergraduate programs in Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy across colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The counselling process begins by registering on the official website. After that, you need to pay the counselling fee and online document verification. Candidates then select their preferred colleges and courses based on their rank and available options. The counselling process is in multiple rounds, and you can check the allotment results online. Once allotted, students must report to their respective colleges with the required documents to complete the admission process.
Is the Counseling Process Online?
The Counselling Process is held completely online. The counselling process is a total of two rounds. You do not have to be physically present at any time before the verification of documents at the time of admission.
AP EAPCET Counselling Documents Required
Candidates applying for the Counselling are required to carry the following documents for admission. Along with the original documents, candidates also need to provide the attested photocopies of the given documents for verification.

- Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent)
- Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo)
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
- Academic Certificate from 6th standard to Intermediate
- EWS Certificate for OC category students from MeeSeva
- Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
- Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
- Aadhar Card (will be returned after verification)
- Integrated Community Certificate, in the case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority
- Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2016 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parent's name has to be reflected in the ration card) those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)
- Local status certificate if applicable i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana within five years from the 2nd day of June 2014 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh
- Candidates claiming reservation under NCC/Sports/ PH/ CAP shall bring the original certificates
AP EAPCET Counselling Registration Fees
The fees required to be paid at the time of registration for counselling online by credit card/ debit card/ net banking. Candidates with rank 1 to last must pay the fee from July 23- July 25, 2024. The registration fees set for different categories are as follows:

AP EAPCET 2024 Verification of Certificates
In the counselling process, students who are non-local candidates require a residential certificate of their parents proving a residence period of 7 years in Andhra Pradesh, excluding periods of employment outside the state. The certificates are verified in online mode. In case your documents are not verified online, you need to upload the same for online verification by choosing notified HLCs. The status of document verification can be checked by using the same login credentials, i.e., the hall ticket number and date of birth. Post-completion of this process, candidates can move on to exercising web options online.

Steps to Check AP EAPCET 2024 Verification Status
The document and certificate verification status can be checked online by providing the hall ticket number and date of birth. Upon clicking the ‘Show’ option, candidates can check their details. Post-verification if someone is eligible, then he/ she will get the text “Candidate is eligible for exercising options”, displayed on their screen. The candidates whose documents are not verified online, will get the text “candidate is not eligible or certificate verification is in progress”.
AP EAPCET 2024 Exercising Web Options
To submit your course preferences for counselling, start by registering on the official counselling website. Enter your hall ticket number and date of birth. Verify your details and pay the processing fee online. After the fee payment, your documents will be verified. If successfully verified, you can proceed to log in and start the option entry process.
For option entry, select your preferred colleges and courses in order of preference. You can choose multiple courses within a college, assigning priority numbers to each. AP EAPCET Tie Breaking Policy
In case your and some other candidate’s marks get similar, the following tie-breaking policy will be implemented:
- Marks obtained in the exam
- If the tie remains the same, then marks secured in the Mathematics paper will be considered
- If the tie remains, then marks secured in the Physics paper will be considered.
- Fourthly, then the percentage of aggregate marks secured in the qualifying examination of both candidates will be looked after
- At last, students with older age will be considered with the highest ranking.
