MP DElEd Admission 2025: Important Dates

The MP DElEd Admission 2025 process begins with the institutes registering with the Rajya Shiksha Kendra. After this, the candidates start registering. The general timeline of the admission process is as follows.

Who is eligible to get admission to MP DElEd 2025?

Candidates need to fulfil the following conditions to be eligible for MP DElEd 2025

• Candidate must have secured at least 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent exam from Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal, Bhopal (MP) or any equivalent board, as per the NCTE rules.
  • SC/ST from MP will receive a 5% relaxation.
• Candidates must be at least 17 years old by July 1st of the year when applying for admission.

How to get admission to MP DElEd 2025?

The MP DElEd Admission is conducted by the Rajya Shiksha Kendra. BSE, Bhopal, issues the detailed notification regarding DElEd Admission. Before the official start of the DElEd Admission Process 2025, the institutes are invited to register themselves. After this admission process starts, the steps to be followed are explained in detail below.

MP DElEd Admission 2025: Application Form

To get admission to the MP DElEd program, you can adhere to the following steps -

Step 1: Visit the official website of Rajya Shiksha Kendra, Madhya Pradesh (https://rsk.mponline.gov.in/).

Step 2: Complete the registration process by filling up the form and providing details like email address, phone number and more.

Step 3: Once registration is done, login details will be sent to the registered email ID or phone number.

Step 4: Use the login credentials, log in to the students portal, and fill up the application form correctly by providing personal and other details. After this, upload the required documents in the right format.

Step 5: Next, the application fee can be paid through online payment methods such as debit card/credit card or net banking.

MP DElEd Admission 2025: Availability of Seats for Admission

This table represents the total number of seats available in the institute and the distribution across the three faculties.

IN GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS

The admission process at DIET follows the below-mentioned guidelines:

• Only candidates who are natives of the district under the DIET's jurisdiction are eligible for admission.
• 5% of seats are reserved for untrained teachers in government service. If these seats are not filled, other candidates can be admitted.
• Seats will be allocated based on the proportion of candidates applying from different subjects to ensure fair representation.

In districts without DIET, a list of affiliated DIET is provided below.

IN PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS

For DElEd colleges with minority status:

• 50% of the seats will be filled through online admissions.
• The other 50% of the seats will be reserved for the management quota. Registration for MQ will also be made online.

As per the list announced on RSK, there are a total of 111 Minority Status Institutes as of 2024-25.

MP DElEd Admission 2025: Reservation

Reservation for Different Categories

Seats will be reserved for candidates from various categories as follows:

50% of the seats in all categories will be reserved for women. If there aren't enough women in a category, the vacant seats will be filled based on merit from male candidates in the same category.

6% of the total seats are reserved for candidates with disabilities. 1.5% for each of the following types of disability, Visually impaired or low vision, Deaf and hard of hearing, Locomotor disabilities (including conditions like cerebral palsy, leprosy, etc.) The candidate must have at least 40% disability and must provide a disability certificate from the District Medical Board.

10% of seats in all categories are reserved for Ex-Servicemen. If no Ex-Servicemen are available, the seats will be filled based on merit from other candidates in the same category. Candidates must provide a certificate proving their Ex-Serviceman status.

If there are not enough candidates in a reserved category, the vacant seats will be filled by eligible candidates from other categories in the following order:

If after this there are still seats left vacant, candidates from other states can be considered for admission. Candidates from MP need to submit their residence and 12th mark sheet from the MP board (BSE), and candidates who have completed studies from outside MP need to get an approval certificate from the MP Board (BSE).

MP DElEd Admission 2025: Fees

To get admission to the allotted college, the student has to pay the fee prescribed by MPGSED and the examination fee prescribed by MP BSE. In the last step of the admission process for government institutes, the student is required to pay the institute fee online.

If the student wants to cancel the admission after paying the fee and getting the admission, it is only possible before the 3rd round of counselling. For private institutes, the institute will deduct INR 5000 and refund the rest of the amount.

MP DElEd Admission 2025: Counselling/Seat Allocation

From the academic year 2022-2023, the admission process for DElEd will be conducted in 5 rounds. In the 3rd round action will be taken to relax the reservations provided. In the 4th and 5th rounds, the process of CLC (Institute Level College Counselling) will be conducted.

The candidate will be allotted a seat based on the following criteria:

• Class 12th marks
• Institute of preference chosen by the candidate

The candidate will be informed about the allocation of seats through the portal, along with the duration and the last date for admission. He will receive a seat allotment letter on the portal containing the details.

The candidate then needs to appear at the concerned institute with the seat allotment letter and the original documents for verification. After the verification, the candidate will need to pay the prescribed fee online which will confirm the admission.

MP DElEd Admission 2025: List of Institutions

As per the list of institutions announced by RSK a total of 748 institutions participated in 2024-25 MP DElEd Admission. Here is a list of 20 of them.
