6% of the total seats are reserved for candidates with disabilities. 1.5% for each of the following types of disability, Visually impaired or low vision, Deaf and hard of hearing, Locomotor disabilities (including conditions like cerebral palsy, leprosy, etc.) The candidate must have at least 40% disability and must provide a disability certificate from the District Medical Board.
10% of seats in all categories are reserved for Ex-Servicemen. If no Ex-Servicemen are available, the seats will be filled based on merit from other candidates in the same category. Candidates must provide a certificate proving their Ex-Serviceman status.

If after this there are still seats left vacant, candidates from other states can be considered for admission. Candidates from MP need to submit their residence and 12th mark sheet from the MP board (BSE), and candidates who have completed studies from outside MP need to get an approval certificate from the MP Board (BSE).
MP DElEd Admission 2025: Fees
To get admission to the allotted college, the student has to pay the fee prescribed by MPGSED and the examination fee prescribed by MP BSE. In the last step of the admission process for government institutes, the student is required to pay the institute fee online.
If the student wants to cancel the admission after paying the fee and getting the admission, it is only possible before the 3rd round of counselling. For private institutes, the institute will deduct INR 5000 and refund the rest of the amount.
MP DElEd Admission 2025: Counselling/Seat Allocation
From the academic year 2022-2023, the admission process for DElEd will be conducted in 5 rounds. In the 3rd round action will be taken to relax the reservations provided. In the 4th and 5th rounds, the process of CLC (Institute Level College Counselling) will be conducted.
The candidate will be allotted a seat based on the following criteria:
