Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies - [NMIMS Deemed to be University], Mumbai - community

This year was my first attempt at MBA Entrances. I scored 98.04 in CAT and 250 in NMAT. I have some other calls with MDI gurgaon being my best one. But being A GEM with no work ex and 2 drop years I am pretty worried that I might not convert any of those. So as backup which one of these two NMIMS Mumbai (Core) or BITSOM would you suggest for me to go for ?

My qualifications- 10th icse: 92.7% and I'm currently in 12th now. I decided nmims to be the college I want to go to since 11th grade and decided the navi mumbai campus as its much closer to my house. But recently I've seen people say that vile parle campus is the only campus worth it and is much better than any other campuses. I honestly don't want to travel so far when a nmims campus is like 15 mins away. So I was hoping someone with experience could tell me what is the difference between the two in everything (for pursuing BBA) like faculty, education etc. If you could list the pros and cons of both that would be great.

Qualifications: MBA Class of 2023, NMIMS Mumbai: 9/9/8 Academics 4 years of pre-MBA work experience at an American Hedge Fund Placed as a Product Manager

Passed out with CTC of 33LPA.

just wanted to know what is reality of nmims mumbai mba program as fees is close to 25 lacs rent included !! can i expect a decent package of atleast 17-18 lacs ? is it too competitive to get such ?

Hi guys, I scored 245+ in my NMAT exam with all sectionals cleared and was happy that i will have a great chance of converting NMIMS M but after hearing many reviews from my school and college seniors and also from this subreddit i am really confused. So people are saying it has 650+ batch size and placements are not that great as shown by some youtubers. Also they dont have a residential program so not a great campus life. But the most important thing for me is the fees. I calculated everything and saw that the fees is touching 31-32L ???? Do you guys think its worth it? For me, i dont think spending 32L on NMIMS is a great idea! Need your suggestions please.

This was the weightage for NMIMS Selection Process last year: NMAT- 50% ,WAT- 5%,INTERVIEW-10%,WATSON TEST-20% (In case anyone wants to learn more about this, DM, I can share a video from where you can prepare for this test),PAST ACADS-5%,WORKEX-10% This is what was told to us during orientation. I don't know why this is not publically available, I don't know why people gatekeep this information, but I thought it would be helpful.

Hello recently I've come across this degree in nmims of bpharma+mba. I checked it out on the website and before asking for a counselor there. I thought why not here. I am pcb student in mumbai and I've been interested in this degree as soon as I got to know about it. I searched about it and got to know that this degree isn't available in all the campuses of nmims. It's available in Mumbai, Shirpur and Hyderabad. I'm really confused should I go for a enquiry session in nmims for this degree. Pls suggest

Current students and alums, can you please tell me about what life is like at nmims apart from coursework? Since there is no campus how do students bond? And what about night life, leisure activities etc? What’s the rent for 1 bhk in vile parle? And what are the monthly expenses in general?
