Sports is a very active space of our college,while campus is remarkable and beautiful with all facilities
The senior faculty and staff members are really very well throughout their respective subjects .they are well literate and promote good quality education among the students....they give a brief knowledge of the subject
First of all , the placements are pretty decent and roi are really good for the upper branch like computer science, info tech , electronics instrumentation and electronics communication the average package is between the 9 lpa to 11 lpa

Dislikes

There was an annual fest called ayaam but it closed due to a fight between students during the event and now no such events in college.
The placement is decent but it has gone down severely in the recession period.
Many of the faculties are soo much good btw some of them are horrible as they do not support students.and i also dislike the 75% attendance criteria as it is not got for students who want to do other activities.

Likes

Placement here in SGSITS is quite good and that is a major point about this college
Faculty here are very helpful and their teaching is also good
taking part in student run club and their activities is a lot fun

Dislikes

Infrastructure is poor. If we talk about classrooms only 2 buildings are their which have a decent classrooms
Hostels don't have appropriate accommodation so everyone don't get a hostel here
The annual fest conducted by college is not even close to what you expect from an annual college fest

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my college, you can expect a lot from Electrical engineering. Faculty members here are well-qualified and very helpful. Their teaching method is good. There are three midterms and one end sem conducted by the college within a semester

Along with degree a student can go for software placements also, can go for masters preparing for GATE opt for government exams 40% in EE placements through EE is not that good After masters a student can have better placements

Yes in my college placemnet are very good it has 98 percentage placemmet ratioo and it has average pacaksge of 6 lakhs concerned with the placement and the salary you are offered per annum. I chose this course because I wanted to know more about electronics ..faculty is super helpful..most happens every next month and the semester is completed in 3 months ... Exams definitely have a level of difficulty because of this. The reputation of the college maintains that toughness

There are many gardens in the college campus
Very well maintained sports ground like volleyball, basketball etc.

Dislikes

The Cafe here is not great , taste less food with over expensive food items

Some faculties are excellent but some are not as per my expectations . Labs are conducted very well , some faculties are very friendly but some teachers don't complete the course on time which sometimes create difficulties in exams

Atmosphere of college,activeness and charm in students
Activeness of clubs and there successful missions
Helpful and well trained subject faculty

Dislikes

Small area of college with less distance between buildings
Less culture of classical dance and music
Absence of canteen in main building for students

Basically highest package of 50 lakhs per annum was offered to an student of branch EI which is Electronics and instrumentation. Average package of 8 to 9 lakhs has been seen in branches of Computer Science and Information Technology

SGSITS : A WONDER FOR EVERYONE

Likes

I likes the fest and events that take place here regulary and the comitee is so much supporting and encouraging.
Class Time Table is designed is such a way that students don't feel too much pressure and get quality education.
Seperate extra classes for hindi medium students so that they don't feel that they are behind the other students

Dislikes

College student Email Id is not being provided by the college which can be used for many websites.
There is wifi in the campus but only limited connection 34mb JIONET

Placement Experience:

Placements are great in this college few students get placed at the end of the sixth sem but most students get placed in the seventh and eighth sem and most companies come in the fourth year. LEADING COMPANIES ARE: 1.Goldman Sacs 2.Amazon 3.Adobe 4.Google 5.Grow etc... Highest package is around 35 lpa and average package is around 8 lpa more than 80% of students get placed My plans after getting the degree is to work in a multinational company

Club of sgsits i like so much there are many club in college
Teacher is supportive and always ready to help student
Many gardens in campus for students sit and study peacefully

Dislikes

Academic pressure is not so high but some time you think you have lot of work.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is not bad 90% student got job also having good avg 11 lakh per annum. Many of student taking ppo from college. Placement cell doing his work in good manner prepared students for crack interviews

Why you should take admission in SGSITS INDORE?

Likes

Good curriculum and library. Nice lush green campus and the college is more study oriented.
Sports facilities are good for people who need to aspire in sports.
They there own gym and there are a lot of clube to take part in.

Dislikes

Very small campus area which makes it very less happening.
Canteen is worse nothing is good and everything is overpriced
A lot of academic pressure and some faculties are very rude

Placement Experience:

Placements are very good as compared to other engineering colleges and an average of 6-8 lakhs package is given to a student. Most of the students gets placed in non core branches and more than 50% get placed in core branches.

The Ongoing Journey To My Success

Likes

The curriculum and daily college life gave an amazing experience.
Learnt a lot of knowledge in this field and for life journey.

Dislikes

75 % attendance criteria as many students are preparing for GATE and CAT

Placement Experience:

The placements start coming from 7th semester and internships opportunities from 5th semester which also play a great role since many get a chance to get PPO thorugh it if got an amazing intern. Oracle, Deutsche Bank , mastercard and goldmann sachs , this company had came for intern and about 50 companies came for IT placements , Overall placement record is also fine and in IT 80-85% placed easily. The students graduated from this college also had easily placed off campus too .
