About DAVV
DAVV is one of the prime Central Universities in India. The university houses 30 teaching departments and has more than 264 affiliated colleges. DAVV offers admission to more than 2.6 lakh students in over 200 courses at the UG, PG, and Doctorate level every year. DAVV is among the first few universities in the country to introduce innovative and integrated programs in the area of science, engineering, technology, management, law and media. Admission to most of the UG and PG courses is based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by NTA. DAVV Admission
The admissions to some of the undergraduate and postgraduate courses is based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by NTA. The institute also accepts other national level entrance exams such as GATE, GPAT etc. Below mentioned are the details:
- Candidates seeking admissions in UG or integrated courses like BBA, BCA, BPES, etc must have secured at least 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent in relevant streams and subjects from a recognized board. Admission will be based on the CUET scores followed by counselling.
- Candidates seeking admission in postgraduate courses like MBA, M.Com, M.Sc/ MA, and others must have qualified a bachelor's degree in a relevant stream with over 55% marks from a recognized institution.
- Admission seekers in MA/ M.Sc, MBA/ MSW must qualify a written test and a legitimate score obtained in entrance exams.
- Also, candidates must be eligible with a relevant academic master's degree with 55% marks to pursue the M.phil and Ph.D. research level programs. Selection is done through the counseling of entrance examination DET, which is conducted by the University.
How to apply for DAVV?
The application process in DAVV is through the online mode and the admission seekers are requested to visit the official website of the University, to apply for the counseling entrance exams DAVV CET.
- Applicants need to visit the official website and register for the CET exams.
- Fill the necessary information in the application form.
- Proceed further by uploading the necessary documents.
- Pay the application fee through the prescribed mode of payment, either digital mode of payment, or pay through offline mode by using challan of any SBI branch.
- Take a print out of the application form for future reference.
- Applicants seeking admissions in Non-CET UG courses can apply online and pay for the application via digital payment.

DAVV Cutoff
Candidates need to qualify the entrance exam to secure admissions in the respective courses. Based on the cutoff marks, the candidate will be admitted to the respective programs. DAVV CET Cutoff is released in the form of opening and closing ranks in the official website of the institution. Candidates who qualify DAVV CET must register for counseling. The registration can be done online and the final selection will be done after the documents are verified. However, DAVV CET exams will be done offline.

Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya University follows the odd-even semester examination pattern for the respective academic programs. DAVV Scholarships
DAVV offers scholarships to most of the meritorious students which cover the entire tuition fee. Scholarships are mostly offered on a merit basis. Students from the reserved category are offered scholarships that cover the full academic fees as per the Govt rules. The university accepts all the regional, national scholarships, and educational loans. The students who have excelled in the sports field are given sports quota scholarships. The topper from the M.Sc course is awarded Dr. Manohar Chandwani's Scholarship and Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma's Sponsored Gold medal at the convocation ceremony.

DAVV features a total land of 350 acres in the populated area with various infrastructural facilities such as
- Central Library, which is equipped with various books, national and international research journals, periodicals, and magazines. There's a collection of 2 lakhs books in the library. The digital library provides access to varied research journals in electronic form.
- Information Technology Centre is sited inside the campus with WiFi access, out there for all the University Departments and the faculties.
- Separate Hostel, for both the genders with well-furnished rooms along with homely food in the mess and other amenities like WiFi, water purifiers recreation rooms, playgrounds, etc.
- Laboratories are located in each department separately on the campus.

- The faculty here is very experienced who understands the student perspective and make sure we are on the right track and being updated with whatever things are going on in the country whether it being technology, politics or updating in academics.
- The campus of DAVV is huge. You can definitely run a marathon there. The trees, plants, and flowers everything is surrounded with nature. You get fresh air in the middle of the city.
Dislikes
- The faculty is good but sometimes they are too strict towards studies that they do not look for extra curriculum activities and do not support students for the same.
- The course is really nice but i feel like the alignment of the subjects as per the semester could have been better for the better understanding of the students as in some semesters some subject were too similar that we got confused.
Admission:
I applied for several colleges during the counseling process but this college was stuck in my mind, i really wanted to get into this college and after j made it here i was truly happy. The admission process was smooth ive to register to the website, submit some small amount and in the span of 2-3 days i got confirmation from the college and i got admission there and soon after the process college was started.

Admission process is easy you dont have to give any exam for Admission, if you are planning to do law then go for it, i chose this college because of its easy, in indore prestige is quit good, faculty is good comparing from other colleges

Talking about a wire chosen this college the main purpose to having a good infrastructure and good faculties and environment of the coaching is good and teachers are also well trained to teach all the special laboratories are there digital laboratories

Deen Dayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra (DDUKK) is a good choice for a B.Voc. course because it aims to develop students holistically and equip them with skills to be employable in both the public and private sectors. Here are some other reasons why DDUKK is a good choice for a B.Voc. course: Industry-based syllabus The B.Voc. syllabus is industry-based and includes a mix of general education and vocational training.

I applyed in Renaissance law college for llb program and got confirmed admission but at the end i choose indore institute of law for llb honour course because this college have good reputation amount 2-3 states like Rajasthan, Chattisghar, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat. Admission process of thr college is online or offline you can get touch with administration, eligibility for llb is- you should have Graduation degree from your past college.

I choies this college because only on government college of Indore for law . And fees are less then private colleges. And government college better than private colleges so I choose this college. College are good

- The department of biotechnology at Holkar science college has highly qualified and knowledgeable faculty which aims to interact with students as much as they can in order to teach them well using modern techniques.
- The curriculum is designed in a way which is industry oriented. Students get a hands-on experience while working in the laboratories.
Dislikes
- The campus of Holkar Science College has a boy's hostel but it lacks a girl's hostel.
- The campus is huge and you have to walk too much to get from one end to another.
Admission:
Government Holkar Science College stood out to me because of its solid reputation in the field of biotechnology, renowned faculty ad well equipped labs. This was my first and last choice among various colleges in Indore. The curriculum's practical approach was another key factor and the college has better faculty, campus infrastructure industry connections and research opportunities. The process of taking admission is entirely online and is done on merit basis. One needs to secure good score in 10+2 from any board of higher education and 80+ is the safest percentage to get into the institute.

- I like the classroom. They were pretty huge and a nice atmosphere was there

- The examination centre was very far from a college every year
- The facilities were not good and the college there were no facilities provided by them
Admission:
My criteria for selecting Ips Academy was , it was affordable for me in compare to other renowned colleges in Indore like prestige and it was close to my so that is the have chosen IPS over other colleges taking admission into IPS is very simple process. Just we have to submit our some few of our documents and just pay the minimum admission fee and we can get an easy admission into it.

- Good educated teacher for students and good quality of infrastructure
- Big campus for playing ground cafeteria near i bus
Dislikes
- Shortage of space and small campus and cafeteria
- Uniform must compulsory but there is no uniform
Admission:
Very easy and convenient procedure for admission in renaissance college of commerce and management have not facing any issues regarding admissions and college is good for not that much high fees to other colleges

PhD admissions at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, for 2024 are expected to follow their standard process, which includes conducting the Doctoral Entrance Test (DET) and an interview as part of the selection process. Candidate should have passed B.Sc. Biological Sciences with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university. Admisisons are based ont he CUET PG score.

However, candidates who have valid JRF awarded through UGC-NET or CSIR-NET; teacher fellowship for research awarded by UGC/AICTE; any other Government / Foreign research fellowship; M.Phil. degree shall be exempted from appearing at the Entrance Examination. But, they have to appear for the interview. DAVV also offers Management programs through distance learning mode.

The placement percentage of DAVV Indore is 70%. The average salary package is INR Four lacs per year. The highest package offered in the placements is INR Twelve lacs per year.
DAVV Indore does not offer Master of Science in Agronomy. There are other specialisations offered under Master of Science which are Applied Mathematics, Instrumentation Technology etc.
