VIPS Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From College, to Boat and Tata Group to Hindustan Leyland a lot of companies are VIPS partners. Our department placements were not that great but still decent enough as a BA fresher getting 40-50k a month is no less by any means.

The law department has relatively higher placements as compared to other departments of our college. The Placement and Internship cell works well and helps the students in grabbing good opportunities both of internships and jobs.

The full time placements are given at the end of 4th year the biggest company to visit us have been Deloitte with offering the highest package of the course which is 13 lpaand ok would say there is a 50/50 chance of getting the placement for Any individual person

Curriculum is good as my college is affilated from ip university so that curriculum is good that aessignments and projects have their internal marks somehow mid sem also includes some marks and mainly external practical and end sem marks are important

All the seniors form VIPS have either gone for litigation, JAG, of judiciary exams and most of them have cleared it recently two of the seniors who graduated this year got cleared haryana and rajsthan judiciary exams.

For placements at VIPS, are not God level but no less too. Every student here gets a chance to intern with top law firm and then either get to work with them or corporate houses like Aditya Birla Group, Johnson & Johnson and HUL among others are the private players who sign us with an average annual package of 8.25 lakhs.

Since the B.tech of the college is about 3 years established so no placement taken place right today, But the first placement right to take place this year . Placement cell is very student centric and well for student.

college does promote 100 percent placement. But I can't say much about it because taking placement from college is individual choice some take it and some join there business and some go for off campus But the avg package is 6L ,.med is 8-10L ,high is 12L

After the completion of final semester exams the final placement starts. It takes around a month for placement to officially get over. Around 10-15% students get final placement and the others don't. The college provides placement opportunity for many many years to ex students as well. The average ctc is around 3-4Lpa, the hightest is around 12Lpa and the lowest can go to 1-1.5 Lpa. Amazon, delloite etc are the most proffered ones don't know about their avg ctc. The placement committee has a strong role in guiding students and giving them opportunity in the placement drive of the college, it also provides many mock interview practices and expert counselling to know more about placements and yes the process is 100% transparent.

All the things are been taught in our bba courses are prepares us for real world as well . Teaching methods is nice with help of notes ppts and students prepare presentations as well. Internal exams are easy but externals are bit difficult
