IPU CET 2026
The IPU CET (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test) is offered by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University to get admission to most undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This includes B.Tech (Biotech/ Lateral Entry), BBA, BCA, B.Ed, LLB variants, and M.Sc/MBA, depending on the year and program. For other programs, IPU now also admits on CUET/CLAT merit or other national tests.
The IPU CET 2026 exam is usually conducted in the month of February-April 2026 by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), and the counselling would commence in June 2026. The IPU CET exam dates have not been released yet. This year, the examination is expected to be held in pen and paper mode between April 26 and May 18.
- IPU CET operates in a computer-based format, with 100 MCQs to be answered within 3 hours (180 minutes).
- Every right answer will give +4 marks, and a wrong answer will deduct a -1 mark.
