For NIFT 2026 admissions, the online application started on 8 December 2025, and the last date to apply without a late fee is 6 January 2026. You can still register with a late fee from 7-10 January 2026. The entrance exam (NIFT-GAT + CAT) is on 8 February 2026, and after the results, seat allocation and counselling happen in May-June 2026 for B.Des courses, including design specialisations like interior design.
