Yes, you are required to have mathematics in 12th class to pursue a B. Des course or you must have a 10+3 diploma in mathematics. Admission will be done through GAT, CAT and situation tests conducted.
Yes, NIFT Mumbai has seats reserved for SC students with 15%. Scheduled tribe students have 7.5% of seats reserved in all the programs offered by NIFT Mumbai. 5% of seats are for physically disabled students.
