During the summer break in 3rd year, all the students are supposed to do an internship. It is mandatory. And the last semester is kept for the graduation project where one needs to work in a company. I worked for Raymond apparels during my graduation project. Most of the students are offered jobs during their internship and Graduation Project.
Nift holds Placements in mainly 3 centers, Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. Students from all over the country come to these 3 centers and sit for placements. Not many companies visit campus Placements but most of the students easily get jobs outside Placements. Those who do not, they can surely something for themselves because the curriculum prepares them to do so.
IISERs are not established for just placement purposes rather the motto is to build the scientific aptitude among students so that they earn more from their skills and knowledge.
