This particular research institute was appropriate to pursue a master's as well as a Ph.D. degree due to the academic level and facilities of great faculties and research-based orientation. We also enjoyed the campus life after the final exams and sometimes at weekends.
The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research had modern infrastructure with all the advanced equipment required for our academic growth. Also, both the teaching and non-teaching staff were supportive and helpful to all the students of the institute.
Getting admission in top institutions like IISER isn't an easy task. During my class 12, I appeared for the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) examination and finally got my chance in IISER Berhampur.
The college is really helpful for each student. In spite of being a new and transit campus, we were always made comfortable by the management.
They provided us with all necessities that can be afforded. They are the backbone of this college to succeed.
The college management committee is very much helpful to the students. The only bad thing is IISER Berhampur has no permanent campus till now though it started functioning from 2016. I hope we will get our permanent campus within the next two years.
Overall IISER Berhampur campus is good in every aspect with a drawback that the main campus of which is permanent campus under construction and now we are using temporary transit campus of Odisha government ITI campus.
